Take the world greatest swordsman, Dracule "Hawk-Eye" Mihawk, who can chop up armadas and ice mountains alike with no real effort (and [[RazorWind without even needing his sword to touch his target]]), or Vice-Admiral Garp, who in a flash back offhandedly mentions ''crushing mountains'' as a training exercise, and has visibly thrown iron balls the size of battleships around with little effort.

* The [[PsychicPowers protagonist]] and [[SuperpowerLottery namesake]] of ''Manga/MobPsycho100'', in his [[SuperpoweredEvilSide ???%]] incarnation. ???% can generate psychic approximations of natural disasters [[spoiler: that level much of the surrounding area, leading public officials to call for evacuations ''and'' government intervention while ''simply walking'' through a city.]] Mob himself is powerful enough to qualify if carrying sufficient emotional charge, but he lacks the destructive impulse common to other characters on this page. ???% has [[TheUnfettered no such qualms]].

* Chise of ''Manga/{{Saikano}}'' is a particularly cruel example of the horrible repercussions after she is turned into a super weapon, though it varies on the version, anime or manga. In both cases [[spoiler:everyone dies. ''[[KillEmAll Everyone]]''.]]

After the Fourth Shinobi World War and the defeat of Kaguya, they fight each other one last time to determine the fate the Shinobi World, during the battle they use their most powerful forms (Asura Kurama Mode and Indra Susanoo respectively) to utilize their respective strongest attacks against each other, those attacks were powerful enough to destroy an entire landmass, change the weather, and even damage and reshape the entire landscape which included destroying the Valley of the End. So it’s safe to say that it’s pretty much a tie between them since they are considered to be the most powerful shinobi of all time equivalent to the Sage of Six Paths himself.]]

Even with Naruto and Sasuke (and temporarily, Kakashi) having reached Person of Mass Destruction status in their own right, She is still much more powerful than them and was holding back for most of the fight. The only reason Team 7 had a chance at all is that [[UnskilledButStrong Kaguya never bothered to learn even the most rudimentary fighting abilities]], since in the past she'd always overwhelmed her enemies with sheer power. Presumably this is the same reason her sons were able to [[SealedEvilInACan seal her away]] in the past.]]

** The Sternritters are extraordinarily powerful individuals, capable of curb-stomping even captains without having to stretch themselves into using the full might of their own power. As Quincies, they've been at war with the Soul Reaper for a thousand years, but have become particularly aggressive since the Shinigami instigated ThePurge against them 200 years ago. [[spoiler: In less than ten minutes, 16 Sternritters cause just under 3,000 casualties in the 6,000 strong Gotei 13, steal five bankais, obliterate Seireitei, and lose only five Sternritter in the process.]]

** Their superiors, unsurprisingly, are even more powerful. When Hild, CEO of Hell, arrives, she mentions that normally, her arrival would have blown away the entire town.

** Broly takes it [[UpToEleven even further]], being capable of wiping out an entire ''galaxy''.

** But the [[spoiler:real Uchiha Madara]] puts everyone above to shame when [[spoiler:he summons ''[[ColonyDrop giant meteors out of the sky]]''. And that's just for starters. After which he proceeds to A) create a forest that covers the horizon filled with plants that release poisonous pollen, B) use some of the strongest fire-style abilities that take over 20 {{Elite Mook}}s to put out and does it casually, C) create upwards of 20 clones that are each people of mass destruction in their own right, D) have each clone use Susano'o, which on on its own is capable of kicking around 5 of the strongest people in the Narutoverse, E) Create an absolutely [[AttackOfThe50FootWhatever COLOSSAL]] Susano'o that dwarfs the local mountain ranges, F) use said monster to chop a mountain in half, G) reveals that he can [[UpToEleven combine said form]] with the '''Nine-Tailed Fox''' and destroy a mountain-range's amount of land with ease, H) summons a LivingShadow fast and powerful enough to blow away all the tailed beasts in one strike, I) form many gigantic meteors using land uprooted from ''an entire country'', and J) summon ''four'' of the aforementioned {{Living Shadow}}s and have them gang on enemies.]]

** Any one of the [[DragonsAreDivine True Dragons]] qualify as this. Any one of them could wipe out the planet if they were sufficiently motivated. Veldora can destroy whole cities simply by releasing his magic power, and he had a habit of [[CivilizationDestroyer destroying nations simply to "blow off steam"]] before he got sealed away and others taught him restraint. Velgrynd can launch attacks capable of destroying asteroids with little effort, and a single attack from her punched through 50 of the 100 floors of Ramiris' [[DomainHolder Labyrinth]], which is technically located in a sub-dimension and heavily warded against attacks to the point a million-strong army couldn't conquer it. Velzard can keep the entirety of the northern continent in an EndlessWinter simply with the ''passive'' release of her aura, and she's manhandled Veldora and Velgrynd countless times and equaled Guy Crimson in battle. UpToEleven with Stellar Dragon King Veldanava, who as TheMaker of the ''multiverse'' could have destroyed it just as well at his full power.

* In ''Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureGoldenWind'', Cioccolata, MadDoctor and PsychoForHire for [[TheMafia Passione]], has the Stand Green Day which releases a flesh-eating mold on an infinite radius. While pursuing the heroes, he goes on a cataclysmic killing spree, literally massacring everyone on sight while planning to reduce Rome to a smoldering ruin.

** [[EldritchAbomination the Ten-Tails]] a being that was stated to be the progenitor of everything in the Shinobi World is powerful enough to destroy multiple continents off the map and create natural disasters.

** Yamamoto is far and away the most powerful Soul Reaper in the Gotei 13. His Shikai alone is enough to wipe out an area many times larger than Karakura Town and even other captain-class characters either have to gang up to fight him or have to use well-prepared strategy to limit his power before they fight him. [[spoiler: His Bankai turns out to be ThePowerOfTheSun, a power that cannot be activated freely as the very act of being in use will destroy Seireitei ''by accident'' if used for too long.]]
** The Espada and the strongest Arrancar, being capable of challenging and defeating Captain and Lieutenant Soul Reaper, are this by default as well. The four strongest Espada in particular are notable in that they are forbidden by Aizen from ever activating their [[OneWingedAngel Resurreccion]] within the walls of the city-sized fortress of Las Noches, as they are all but certain to destroy it in the process with their power.

* ''Manga/BakiTheGrappler'' has multiple people considered this through ''sheer [[CharlesAtlasSuperPower martial arts ability]]''. Most notably is Hanma Yujiro who has been named "the one and only Brute Strength Country", with the USA having made a pact of amity to him. Through Barack Obama.

** Hashirama Senju is strong enough to be this since he is said to be the strongest shinobi in history [[spoiler: that is until the Fourth Shinobi World War.]] He was able to single-handedly fight the power of Madara Uchiha and the Nine-Tailed Fox simultaneously using [[GreenThumb Wood Release]] and [[SuperMode Sage Mode]] in a battle that created an entire valley, (admittedly succeeding against the latter due to him having the ability to put the tailed beast to sleep).

** When he first came to the New World, Ainz gave Enri a pair of goblin-summoning horns to defend herself (basically VendorTrash back in YGGDRASSIL), the first of which summoned a BadassCrew of a dozen of so goblins, all of which are sentient beings who skillfully defend her and her village. When the village is under attack by an army and she blows the second horn out of desperation, she (somehow) summons ''several thousand goblins'', divided into heavy infantry, cavalry, assassins, and even casters and magical artillery, all led by a goblin strategist dressed as Zhuge Liang, who quickly curbstomp the attackers without a single loss. The narration mentions that Enri fulfilled several conditions to drastically change the results produced by the horn, but doesn't mention what those are (even Ainz is stumped, though he realizes Enri was partly responsible).

** All Shinigami Captains and Lieutenants are required to have 80% of their power sealed away when travelling to the World of the Living and must receive special permission to release this limiter. If they don't, their very presence alone can warp the souls of the humans around them. During the battle for Karakura Town, Shinigami scientists had to find a way to teleport the whole town into another dimension just to allow the captains and lieutenants to fight to protect it. Otherwise, the Shinigami would have destroyed what they were trying to save. It still almost failed: when one of the boundary pillars collapsed, the real and fake towns began to merge and the destruction Komamura caused affected the real town as badly as the fake town.

** Yhwach, leader of the Vandenreich, is the Quincy equivalent of Yamamoto. The Shinigami[=/=]Quincy war appears to have begun with a conflict between Yhwach and Yamamoto and escalated. Yhwach is far beyond the power level of even his Sternritters. [[spoiler: When he and Yamamoto clash a thousand years after their grudge first began, Yhwach steals Yamamoto's bankai and [[ThereIsNoKillLikeOverkill obliterates]] him, meaning that not only does Yhwach have his own power, [[OhCrap he now has Yamamoto's power, too.]]]]
** Thanks to his very colorful heritage, Ichigo is much more powerful than most characters in the series and the factions in the story work constantly to either use him on their side or neutralize him. His power has been vulnerable to his resolve in the past, lampshaded late in the manga when he irritably observes to an enemy that he's getting fed up of villains thinking that the way to defeat him is by shaking his resolve. [[spoiler: It's revealed in the final arc, his own power has been working against him, too: what he thought was his Shinigami power was actually his Quincy power suppressing his Shinigami power and only allowing the Shinigami to manifest in drips. In other words, he's much more powerful than even previous arcs depicted him as.]]

** Goku's Oozaru transformation is a threat early on. He destroyed Pilaf's castle in minutes and was only stopped because his tail was removed. Jackie Chun prevents any further tranformations for years by using a [[KamehameHadoken Kamehameha]] to ''blow up the moon''. (Kami restores it later, after ensuring Goku's tail won't grow back again.)

** [[TheHero Monkey D. Luffy]] eventually joins this club by dealing some pretty amazing feats of damage even before he had discovered Haki or his gear abilities. And that's just for starters. Throughout the anime, Luffy's gum gum attacks combined with his super strength enabled him to TOPPLE WARSHIPS with his bare hands. e.i. ripping the bow off a ship in order to use as an impromptu weapon [[spoiler: albeit while under strengthening hypnosis]], drop kick and sink a tooled up battleship with ease, rend the mast off another ship and impale it upon a monstrously huge whale and to date one of his most horrendous feats of grit and strength; caused the massive upheaval between a deep cavernous temple all the way to the surface city plaza by rapid punching somebody through countless layers of bedrock all the way through to its surface! On the Enies Lobby Arc, he destroyed the top half of the Tower of Justice with two uses of Gear Third (the first made the Tower shake a little...and that was just by knocking a massive steel door down). As for after the TimeSkip, he nearly destroyed the massive ship Noah by using his most powerful attack. Keep in mind that Noah was in collision course with Fishman Island and worked have almost certainly destroyed it were it not for the Sea Kings who stopped it, who themselves remarked on how powerful Luffy is. [[spoiler: Oh, and there is Gear Fourth Luffy: his most powerful attack in that form split an entire city into two slabs and forced them upwards into the air. It'd be damn hard to argue it now.]]

** ''Manga/CodenameSailorV'' makes very clear that any Sailor Soldier can be this when Sailor V accidentally destroys a skyscraper because she thought it was made of actual concreet and didn't hold back enough. At this point in the series she's about as strong as the Sailor Soldiers at the very start of the series.

* In ''Manga/{{Naruto}}'', the most powerful shinobi, those on the Kage level and above, can destroy whole armies and level mountains if they wish. A fight between two such individuals usually ends up with maps having to be '''redrawn'''. Case in point, Madara Uchiha vs the First Hokage, which carved out the valley where Sasuke and Naruto had their first all-out fight [[GenerationXerox decades later]].
