[[folder:Khorne]]
'''[[TabletopGame/{{Warhammer 40000}} Khorne]], God of Rage, Hatred, Killing, and Violence''' (Blood God, Lord of Skulls, Brass Lord of Battles, Kharneth, Arkhar, the Axefather, the Wolf-Father, the Bloodwolf, the Hunter of Souls, [[WebAnimation/IfTheEmperorHadATextToSpeechDevice the Paraplegic]] [[TheLastOfTheseIsNotLikeTheOthers Sociopath]]) [[quoteright:350:http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rsz_skullthrone_8472.jpg]]
* Theme Music: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vljHBXA3UKE Blood for the Blood God ]].
* Overdeity
* Symbol: A stylised Skull Rune (occasionally bleeding from the eyes and/or surrounded by more skulls).
* Sacred Number: 8
* Alignment: ChaoticEvil, with several LawfulEvil followers
* Portfolio: [[KillEmAll Letting the Gods Sort Them Out]], [[BloodKnight unquenchable thirst for war]], [[ProudWarriorRaceGuy martial honor]], BigRedDevil, BloodLust, ApocalypseHow, BloodSport, KillAllHumans, {{Eldritch Abomination}}s, {{Badass}}es, [[OneManArmy One-Man Armies]], [[TheBerserker Berzerkers]], [[SuperSoldier gene-enhanced, daemonically empowered, immortal demi-god warriors]], [[AnAxeToGrind Giant Battleaxes]], [[ChainsawGood Weaponized Chainsaws]], [[SavageWolves Wolves]], [[HornyVikings Evil Vikings]], and [[{{Valkyries}} Blood-Crazed Valkyries]].
* Domains: Chaos, Hatred, Violence, Bloodshed, Death, Strength, War, Wrath, Courage, Honour, Excellence-at-Arms, Vengeance, Oaths, Pride.
* Allies: Although the notion of "ally" is fleeting at best for [[SentientCosmicForce the literal personification]] of an emotion such as anger, anyone who does fight and kill for the sake of fighting and killing has the favor of Khorne. Alucard, Akuma, the Major, Kharn, Belkar, the World Eaters, the Warriors of Chaos, Thorkell... and many others. The only one who even comes CLOSE to being a "friend" is [[Pantheon/LifeAndDeath Nurgle]]. However, [[Pantheon/{{Personality}} Angron]] did receive his blessing enough to actually accend to the Pantheon.
* Enemies: Everyone and everything including his fellow Chaos Gods, especially Slaanesh. The one being that Khorne actually fears and absolutely hates is the Immortal God Emperor of Mankind. Fred Rogers and the Emperor help you if you mention his name in Knorne's presence.
* Battle Cry: '''BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD! SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE! LET THE GALAXY BURN!!!!!!!!'''
* Bloodfathers ([[BerserkButton don't call them priests]]): Egil Styrbjorn, Valkia the Bloody, Skarr Bloodwrath, Haargroth the Bloody, Kharn the Betrayer, Angron, Azariah Kyras, Doombreed, An'ggrath the Unbound, Sven Bloody-Hand, Svane Vulfbad, Wulfrik the Wanderer
* The living embodiment of rage, anger, and hatred of all living beings, Khorne lives and breathes murder and war. Khorne cares not from where blood comes from, only that it is spilled. The god of war and hatred, Khorne's single goal is to drown all of creation in a tide of blood, murder and war that shall kill every living thing until all that's left is blood and broken bone.
* Doesn't care when, where, why, or how. All Khorne cares about is whether or not the rest of the Pantheon has met the minimum number of mortals killed, and he enforces that rule with sheer brute force... along with his army of bloodthirsty, berserk Space Marines armed with [[ChainsawGood chainsaws]] of almost every kind. Saw great potential in Omega and promoted him to god of [[RoboticPsychopath Robotic Psychopaths]].
* As the god of hatred, Khorne hates and everything but he reserves a special level of hatred for {{Dirty Coward}}s, {{Actual Pacifist}}s, anyone in the House of Pantheon/{{Friendship}}, and all magic-users. He considers all magic users to be weakling fools too cowardly to engage in combat without the trickery of magic. He and his followers expects all beings to fight in "fair and honorable" battles. Don't point out the inherent hypocrisy and unfairness of 10ft fallen demigods, mutant vikings or magic infused daemons equipped with enchanted weapons and armors fighting regular mortals without expecting an imminent bloody death
* If a hero spills enough blood, even in the name of all that is good and kind, Khorne might overlook their benevolent nature and give them his approval, which, in turn, could lead to a higher chance of corruption. It is often considered a [[YourApprovalFillsMeWithShame mark of shame]] for anyone amongst the GUAG.
** Through a cruel twist of irony, despite being one of Khorne's biggest enemies and a constant enemy of the House of Hatred, Kenshiro has received this approval. The Man with the Seven Scars is not happy about this in the slightest.
** Asuka Langley Soryu of the [[Pantheon/{{Personality}} House of Personality]] has also received his approval. She was ''not'' happy in the slightest either. Somehow she was even ''less'' happy when she found out about ''[[Fanfic/ThousandShinji an aspect of hers becoming a Khornate Berserker]]''.
** [[Manga/GetterRobo Ryoma Nagare]] of the [[Pantheon/{{War}} House of War]], [[Anime/MazingerZ Kouji Kabuto]] of the [[Pantheon/{{Weapons}} House of Weapons]] and [[Anime/GreatMazinger Tetsuya Tsurugi]] of the [[Pantheon/{{Family}} House of Family]] have also received Khorne's approval. Their reaction was an emphatic "Meh!".
* It is highly believed that [[Pantheon/{{War}} the Major]] might be one of his first Daemon Princes and a potential ancestor of Azariah Kyras, judging by their love for [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AbmDLVFAaec speeches of merciless killing]].
* Also has a spot in the House of Pantheon/{{Hatred}}.
* For the group profile encompassing Khorne and the other Chaos Gods, [[Pantheon/OtherEmotions check here]].

* Domains: War, Madness, Mercy, Cruelty, Leadership, Despair, Harsh Truths, Pragmatism, Peace, Rebirth, Creation
* Followers: [[VideoGame/TheGuidedFateParadox Renya Kagurazaka]]
* Allies: [[Pantheon/{{Weapons}} Shirou Emiya]], Setsuna F. Seiei, [[Pantheon/{{Justice}} Raiden]], [[Pantheon/{{Ambiguity}} Kiritsugu Emiya]], Martin Walker, [[Pantheon/OtherEmotions Shana]], [[Pantheon/{{Magic}} Madoka Kaname]], [[Pantheon/PersonalAppearance Rin Tohsaka, Archer]], [[Pantheon/HeroesOverdeitiesAndGreaterGods Hakumen]], [[Pantheno/HeroesIntermediateGods Sol Badguy]], [[Pantheon/ProfessionIntermediateGods Booker DeWitt]].
* Former Allies: [[Pantheon/MagicCasters Homura Akemi]] (after the "[[FaceHeelTurn Great Upheaval]]"), Master Chief (due to his stalwart defense and support of Homura)
* Enemies:The Millennium, The [[Pantheon/GUAETrollkaiger Trollkaiger]] (especially [[Pantheon/{{Hatred}} Yuuki Terumi]]), [[Pantheon/{{Mentalism}} Kyubey]], Nyarlathotep, [[Pantheon/WarIntermediateGods Justice]], [[Pantheon/TimeAndSpaceOverdeitiesAndGreaterGods Dio Brando]], [[Pantheon/MindGames Sosuke Aizen]], [[Pantheon/FriendshipIntermediateGods Encrico Pucci]], [[Pantheon/OthernessVampires Vanilla Ice]], Khorne, YHVH, [[Pantheon/HatredIntermediateGods Ragyo Kiryuin]], [[Pantheon/MagicMixed Shinnok]].
* Ascended to the Pantheon for discovering a way how to end a war that has raged for millennia that would eventually end humanity by creating a duplicate world where the Denizens can live without having to consume humans to survive.
* Being an AnthropomorphicPersonification of ending long-running wars, he found enmity with many evil Gods who promoted the warmongering and bringing forth the Apocalypse, such as Yuuki Terumi, Darkseid, Johann Schmidt, and The Millennium.
* Seeing his actions and goals, [[Pantheon/MainHouse The God-Emperor of Mankind]] is impressed by this newcommer, as his Crimson Denizens fought the good fight much like his followers
* He and Madoka Kaname are known to be friends due to their goals rectifying the very laws of physics. Because of this Madoka doesn't want to fight him; not to mention she finds the stories of his world interesting.
* Is essentially considered to be the equal and opposite force of Khorne, earning the enmity from the latter.
* Rumors say that his favorite catchphrase is "How well have you matured!".
* The Chaos Gods of [[Pantheon/TimeAndSpace The Void]] are even more worried than they were with [[Pantheon/{{Magic}} Madoka Kaname]].
** Even more so with Tzeentch. The fact that Yuji and the Crimson Denizens inputed the rule the Flame Hazes created that completely prohibits the Crimson Denizens from consuming humans as part of the creation of Xanadu, as well as bringing forth peace between the Crimson Denizens and Flame Hazes as a result of Xanadu's creation and his ascension is testsment to that.
** That being said, he is seen by the Imperium as the solution to finally end the war in their world, though he has to deal with problems in his own world.
* Finding out that [[TabletopGame/{{Warhammer 40000}} Tzeentch]] was the one responsible for the Flame Hazes and Crimson Denizens fighting against each other because of him manipulating the Flame Hazes by telling them that the Great Binding Chain was an act that the Snake of the Festival made in order to fuel his interests in destroying them all in one shot has left... an impression on him.
* His act of cancelling the impending Apocalypse from occuring was what likely inspired Creator/GuillermoDelToro to create ''Film/PacificRim'', since both Yuji's and the protagonists of the film's goals involve cancelling the Apocalypse. The end result is that he unintentionally brought [[Film/PacificRim Raleigh Becket and Mako Mori]] into the Pantheon.
* He's kind of disturbed with [[Pantheon/{{Prophecy}} Yukiteru]] [[Pantheon/{{Love}} Amano]] due to [[JoshGrelle their voice]] caused by a [[DevelopmentHell 2-year]][[ScheduleSlip -long delay]]. Even if he isn't evil, his [[UnholyMatrimony status]] with a BatshitCrazy {{Yandere}} still creeps him off. He's also quite disturbed and disgusted with [[Pantheon/MindGames Sosuke Aizen]], [[Pantheon/FriendshipIntermediateGods Encrico Pucci]], and [[Pantheon/OthernessVampires Vanilla Ice]] due to [[Creator/ShowHayami their voice]], especially with how evil the former is and the latter two being affiliated with Dio Brando.
* He's currently atoning at Xanadu by teaching the Denizens how to co-exist peacefully with the humans, which led to his spiritual enlightenment.
* Has found a kindred spirit in Raiden and Captain Martin Walker, especially with regards to their shared moments of desperation and insanity.
* Is friends with Kiritsugu Emiya and Setsuna F. Seiei, due to having the similar views on war.
* Also has a spot in the House of Prophecy and recently ascended to the Main House.
* Recently, he severed ties with [[Pantheon/{{Magic}} Homura Akemi]], however, after witnessing the "Great Upheaval" and hearing the following news about it. After hearing that Kyubey was responsible for bringing back the Witch system, he has declared him his biggest enemy, moreso than Tzeentch.
* Also resides in the [[Pantheon/MainHouseOtherGods1 Main House]].

!Greater Gods
[[folder:Cooler]]
'''[[Anime/DragonBallZ Cooler]], God of {{Clone Arm|y}}ies''' (Lord Cooler, Monsieur Cooler by his henchman Salza)
[[quoteright:300:http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/cooler_201.jpg]]
* Theme Song: [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLQdpx5qEEM Poison]]
* Greater God
* Symbol: the Symbol for his Armored Squadron.
* Alignment: Neutral Evil
* Portfolio: {{Evil Overlord}}s, {{Galactic Conqueror}}s, AbusiveParents, BenevolentBoss, ''{{Badass}}'', [[spoiler: [[SuperpoweredMooks The]] [[BadassArmy Metal]] [[CloneArmy Coolers]]]], CardCarryingVillain, ChessmasterSidekick, CombatPragmatist, EvilIsHammy, GenreSavvy, MaskPower, MindOverMatter, OmnicidalManiac, OneWingedAngel
* Domains: Deconstruction, Tyranny, Hate, Revenge, {{Stronger Sibling}}s, PrincelingRivalry, being better than his brother.
* Followers: His Armored Squadron.
* Allies: [[Pantheon/LifeAndDeath Cell]], [[Pantheon/{{Mentalism}} Vanitas]], [[Pantheon/{{Power}} Broly, oddly enough]].
* Enemies: [[Pantheon/{{Power}} Goku]] and [[Pantheon/{{Pride}} Vegeta]], [[Pantheon/{{Family}} Piccolo]], Princess Celestia, Amaterasu, Volcarona
* Opposed by: Frieza (in his words, because Cooler's a prick)
* Pays very little mind to the fact his brother is in the Pantheon. Frieza on the other hand, was furious to learn that his "prick older brother" managed to ascend to the Pantheon. At the very least, he's thankful he isn't in the same house.
* Unlike Frieza, he actually ''pays'' his men.
* Does not like being compared to Frieza. At all.
* [[VideoGame/DragonBallZBudokai He has been known to use his henchman Salza's technique. Specifically, creating an energy blade in his hand.]]
** He has also demonstrated the ability to use Instant Transmission, which he claims is "one of his favorite techniques."
* Sometimes ties the corpses of his enemies to the bumper of his ship.
* Constantly teases Frieza, usually relating to Frieza playing "Pretty Pink Princess". Frieza vehemently denies ever doing so. Recently.
** In addition, Cooler slipped into Ginyu's contract that he must perform the "Daddy's Little Princess Dance" after every successful mission.
* Cooler seems to be far less hostile towards Broly than any other Saiyan. [[HurlItIntoTheSun This could because of them sharing similar experiences and a dislike of the sun.]] It could also be because the two have worked together before, at least in another timeline.
** Due to their association with the sun, he despises Princess Celestia, Volcarona, and Amaterasu.
* Upon learning of Cooler's ascension, Vegeta quickly suggested that Cooler be banned from the House of Technology. Upon learning of the Big Gete Star, many gods agreed. [[WebVideo/DragonBallZAbridged When Vegeta was asked why he was so keen on having Cooler banned from the House Technology by other gods, he merely said, "He kept kicking me in the dick."]]
* [[VillainousBreakdown Freaked the fuck out]] when he discovered his brother [[Anime/DragonBallZResurrectionF had come back with power]] [[CameBackStrong that rivals]] ''Beerus'', since this boost of power means he might be disqualified for the position of StrongerSibling. Cooler is currently fighting for his long-held position.
** Come his sudden invasion of the House of War, with the Big Gete Star planting itself right in the center of it, guarded by his legion of Meta-Coolers. Cooler has made it clear that he is here to stay.

[[folder:The Doomguy]]
'''[[VideoGame/{{Doom}} The Doomguy]], The OneManArmy''' (The Marine, [[Comicbook/{{Doom}} A Berserker-Packing Man-And-A-Half]], The Boy Packin' 50 Pounds of Heavenly Joy, Doomguy, [[DeathBattle The Bane of Hell Itself]], [[Videogame/{{Doom 2016}} The Doom Slayer, The Unchained Predator, The Hell Walker]])
[[quoteright:344:http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/fight_like_hell_9.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:344: The Doomguy]]
* Theme Music: [[https://youtu.be/kjIVkl34Vig "Hell to Pay"]] or [[https://youtu.be/j05hzwQf8pA "At DOOM's Gate"]].
* Greater God
* Symbol: The helmet of the Praetor Suit with the BFG-9000 and a Chainsaw crossed behind it
* Alignment: ChaoticGood (Hey, he hates demons and likes fluffy bunnies)
* Portfolio: {{Badass}}es, RatedMForManly, {{Space Marine}}s, OneManArmy, {{Badass Normal}}s, [[GoodOldFisticuffs Fisticuffs]], {{Nineties Anti Hero}}es, [[FlatCharacter One Dimensional characters]] [[TropesAreNotBad who don't need more dimensions]], [[TheBerserker Berserker-Packing Fury]], [[FinishingMove Glory Kills]], [[MemeticMutation "Rip]] [[AscendedMeme and Tear!"]], [[GunNut An unhealthy obsession with firearms]], [[{{Determinator}} Fighting like Hell]].
* Domains: War, Violence, Death, Guns, Good, Chaos.
* Followers: [[ASpaceMarineIsYou The overwhelming majority of FPS heroes]] and [[DemonSlaying Demon Hunters]], [[VideoGame/Wolfenstein3D B.J. Blazkowicz]] (who is possibly his ancestor).
* Allies: [[Pantheon/{{Gaming}} Joel]], Any non-evil rabbit deity.
* Rivals: [[Pantheon/{{WarOverdeitiesAndGreaterGods}} Master Chief]], [[Pantheon/{{TheatricProduction}} Duke Nukem]], [[Pantheon/{{WarIntermediateGods}} Serious Sam]], [[Pantheon/{{BladedWeapons}} Jack Cayman]] (he covets Jack's position as the God of Chainsaws.)
* Enemies: [[Pantheon/{{Hatred}} Khorne]], [[Pantheon/LifeAndDeath Gig]], [[Pantheon/{{Slaughter}} Bi-Han/Noob Saibot]], any deity of demonic origin by default.
* Is in fact a 12.0 on a [[FourPointScale one to ten scale]] of badassery. He's dynamite, even...and cooking with gas!
* The only guy bold enough to think he can take on both Khorne and Gig without the use of the {{BFG}}-9000. He'll let his uber-manly fists do the talking for him. ''Rip and tear!''
* He does have a little trouble following a conversation, remembering what allies are for, or keeping hold of a plot. The Doom Marine is most effective if you can drop him into the heart of enemy territory, point him at a foe, and say, [[ExcusePlot "Kill them dead!"]]
* He's surprisingly concerned about environmental issues, especially toxic waste. Mostly because he's fallen into toxic waste several times before and is likely radioactive. [[{{Understatement}} That can't be good.]]
* [[WebVideo/AtopTheFourthWall He is a man! And a half!]]
* He and Master Chief "traded" bullets and rockets (among other things) [[WebAnimation/DeathBattle once]]. However, he [[TheyJustDidntCare wasn't himself]] that time and lost.
* Has taken an interest in [[Pantheon/{{Profession}} Hayate Ayasaki]] because he destroyed an EVA-sized robot and is just as tough as him and will fight against him. [[CurbStompBattle Guess which one will win?]]
* As of his ascension, Noob Saibot is counted among the Doomguy's enemies for trying to make an army of cyber-demons in an alternate timeline.
* While originally a rather thinly spread Intermediate God, Doomguy's recent game helped pull him together into something more cohesive. He's not as chatty as he was with more of his comic influence, but then again he doesn't need to be.
* Deities of demonic origin find themselves on edge just by standing near him due to fact that he rampaged through hell for a ''long'' time slaughtering everything in his wake before being [[SealedGoodInACan entombed]].
* His current temple is known by his worshipers as "The Skull of the Titan", because [[spoiler: [[MonsterShapedMountain that's what it is.]]]]
* Doomguy's brutality is legendary among the House of War, as he has fought the forces of Hell on numerous occasions and '''''won'''''. The only thing more legendary is his Arsenal, which includes such engines of death as The Super Shotgun, [[ChainsawGood The Great Communicator]], The Plasma Gun, The Unmaker, and the legendary BFG-9000 which is kept in [[Pantheon/{{Armory}} The Armory]] for reasons only Doomguy can understand.
* Despite what some would think due to his [[MightyGlacier bulky armor]] [[DumbMuscle and]] KillEmAll attitude, Doomguy is actually a lot [[LightningBruiser faster]] and smarter than most give him credit for. It's just that intelligence applies to killing things as quickly and efficiently as possible.
* Has an odd fondness for rabbits, likely due to his own pet rabbit Daisy who was murdered by Demons during their invasion of earth. Threatening to harm any rabbit deity is one of the quickest ways to get on Doomguy's shit list.
* Despite being on the same side of the alignment scale, Doomguy ''despises'' [[Pantheon/{{SupportPowers}} Issei Hyodo]] not only because he's a Devil, but also because of his perverted behavior. However, that doesn't mean Issei's enemies are his allies. [[Pantheon/{{TaintedLove}} Raynare]] made the mistake of assuming that and had to quickly flee to avoid a conversation with [[ChainsawGood The Great Communicator.]]
* Despite not being truly allied with the [[Pantheon/{{GrandUnitedAllianceOfGood}} GUAG]], Doomguy still helps them from time to time due to the sheer number of Demons within the GUAE.
* Among the relics in his temple are a number of Bobblehead versions of himself painted in different colors. No-one knows why he has them, and no-one has the courage to ask.

[[folder:John-117]]
'''[[Franchise/{{Halo}} Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy John-117]], God of {{Super Soldier}}s''' (SPARTAN-117, Sierra 117, the Master Chief, the Demon, the Human Champion, Reclaimer, [[IAmNotShazam Halo]], [[DeathBattle The Super Soldier]], [[MemeticMutation a Pretty Cool Guy]], [[spoiler: Traitor]])

* Greater God
* Symbol: A [[CoolHelmet MJOLNIR Helmet]], which has varied throughout the years. Currently a [[spoiler: A shattered MJOLNIR helmet.]]
* Alignment: LawfulGood (though he will foray into NeutralGood at times). [[spoiler: As of Escalation and Guardians, possibly ChaoticGood ]]
* Portfolio: {{Badass}}es, MoreDakka, ImmuneToBullets, {{Super Soldier}}s [[PoweredArmor With Armors]], DeflectorShields, {{Deadpan Snarker}}y (at times), TragicHero, ChildSoldiers, [[spoiler: ShellShockedVeteran ]], [[spoiler: HeartBrokenBadass]], [[spoiler: HeWhoFightsMonsters]]
* Domains: War, Time And Space.
* Followers: Stormtroopers (''StarWars''), Jake "Nomad" Dunn (''VideoGame/{{Crysis}}''), [[VideoGame/{{Fallout}} the Enclave]], [[GearsOfWar The COG Soldiers]], [[Franchise/StarshipTroopers The M.I.]]
* Allies: '''Cortana''', the UNSC (though relations with ONI have recently become... strained), [[Pantheon/{{Disguises}} Sangheili Arbiter Thel 'Vadam]] and those who follow him, The [[TabletopGame/{{Warhammer 40000}} Adeptus Astartes]], [[Pantheon/TaintedLove Gabriel Belmont]], [[Pantheon/{{Heroes}} Commander Shepard]], [[Pantheon/{{Ambiguity}} Kiritsugu Emiya]], '''[[Pantheon/MagicCasters Homura]] [[Pantheon/TimeAndSpaceOverdeitiesAndGreaterGods Akemi]]''', [[Pantheon/RangedAndExplosiveWeapons Warhead]], [[Pantheon/{{Gaming}} Vert/Green Heart]], [[Pantheon/LifeAndDeath Epsilon]], [[Pantheon/OtherWeaponTropes Riven]], [[Pantheon/AntiHeroes Niko Bellic]], [[Pantheon/WeaponWielding Link]]
* Rivals: Doomguy
** Friendly Rival: [[Pantheon/WarIntermediateGods Serious Sam]]
* Enemies: The Millennium, '''[[Pantheon/{{Undead}} The Flood]]''', [[Pantheon/{{Aliens}} The Combine]]
* OK with Kratos, unless you mention the [[UsefulNotes/ConsoleWars console war]]…
* His current relationship with the goddess [[Pantheon/{{Power}} Samus Aran]] is unknown. She has not returned any of his calls. While some people thought they saw the two of them together (and a few swore they had ''fought'' together), [[spoiler:[[WebAnimation/{{Haloid}} it later turns out that SPARTAN was not him]]]].
* He and Doomguy "traded" bullets and rockets (among other things) [[WebAnimation/DeathBattle once]]. As it stands, turns out Doomguy [[TheyJustDidntCare wasn't himself]] that time.
* He gets along well with Kiritsugu Emiya, for some reason. Maybe it's because [[Creator/RikiyaKoyama they sound similar]]?
** [[TheOtherDarrin They only started getting along after]] ''VideoGame/{{Halo 4}}'' came out, though.
* [[spoiler:Currently in mourning after Cortana's death. Right now, he's looking for a place for her to ascend.]]
* He and [[Pantheon/{{Magic}} Homura Akemi]] are on friendly terms, not only because both are [[ShellShockedVeteran rattled veterans]] of a ForeverWar, but also because they can respect each other's ability to make a girl a promise and try their hardest to keep it. Also, [[spoiler:Homura sympathizes with the Chief, mostly because his farewell with Cortana reminded her of her farewell with Madoka. "Never forget."]]
** In general, he aligns himself with most of the Puellae Magi, seeing them as {{Transhuman}} child soldiers akin to himself. He's even willing to salute to Madoka and calls her "Ma'am". He's reluctant to implicate Kyubey, however; though he ''knows'' that he shouldn't compare the Incubator to Dr. Halsey, he still [[Literature/HaloGlasslands remembers what Osman did to her...]]
** Interesting enough unlike Issac Claarke, Master Chief has kept very close ties with [[spoiler: Homura ]] after the Great Upheaval. While disagreeing with her methods, [[spoiler: he completely understands Homura's drastic actions.]] He is one of the few deities to openly support and defend her. In fact, he has appointed himself as her 'protector', and has [[TranquilFury calmly]] [[PapaWolf threatened to commit grievous harm against anyone who would try to hurt her]] (pointing his rifle at Sayaka and [[NeckLift neck-lifting]] Isaac Clarke, among other things); this has left many anti-Homura deities too frightened to try anything against her, for fear of evoking [[TheDreaded The Demon]]'s wrath. The recently-sprouted rumors that his feelings toward the girl have become partially paternal in nature dissuade anyone from trying anything even more; the mere idea of The Demon going full PapaWolf is a terrifying one, enough to keep even the Magical Girl Sisterhood at bay. Although [[SelfDeprecation not fully believing herself 'worthy']] of this compassion and care, Homura is nonetheless deeply grateful for it, and the Chief has even become a bit of a LivingEmotionalCrutch for her in these trying times.
* He's currently allied with fellow SuperSoldier Warhead.
* Joined Captain Walker's Pantheon/AlphaOmegaForce thanks to his sheer badassery and a long history against the Convenant.
* Was the one who lead the battle against [[Pantheon/LifeAndDeath The Flood]] when it first arrived in the Pantheon and successfully defeated it once more. Today he stands as one of the main defenders against its return, as he is the only being within the Pantheon whom it truly fears, and has swore to protect Puellae Magi, whom the Gravemind has shown a ''very'' high level of interest in...
* Most people consider him a mighty hero, others a tragic broken shell of a man. Most don't know [[spoiler: they're both right.]]
* Has become allies with [[Pantheon/{{Weapons}} Riven]] [[ShellShockedVeteran due to their pasts of warfare]] and more recently, [[spoiler:their choice to go rogue against the military they dedicated themselves to in the past]]. It helps that she sounds [[Creator/CristinaValenzuela a lot like Homura]].
* To the entire shock of the Pantheon (and every Halo fan in existence) John [[spoiler: has been declared a traitor, and has presumably gone rogue against the UNSC.]] As of late, he has been seen more and more with [[spoiler: Homura Akemi]] wearing a brown cloak.
** However, the Pantheon's investigators (mainly the Council of Shadows, with help from [[spoiler:Homura]]) soon uncovered the [[HeroWithBadPublicity whole story]]: [[spoiler:the people he killed at the peace conference he 'attacked' were in fact disguised members of the [[FantasticRacism human-supremacist]] terrorist group "[[http://www.halopedia.org/Sapien_Sunrise Sapien Sunrise]]", come to assassinate the human and Sangheili diplomats there. The Chief managed to kill every one of them without killing a single innocent (though SS managed to kill a handful of people, including the human diplomat). Tragically, the Chief's name has ''only'' been cleared amongst the Pantheon; the Office of Naval Intelligence made sure to destroy any chance of the exonerating evidence being seen in the Chief's home Realm. This has triggered a new question for the Pantheon's investigators: why is the UNSC's Office of Naval Intelligence covering up Sapien Sunrise's actions and trying so hard to make the galaxy think John-117 is a traitor, to the point of detaining, silencing, and '[[UnPerson disappearing]]' anyone who tries to clear his name?]]
* Was proud that one of its followers, The Combine has joined the Pantheon ranks, for a short time, until he realized that the Covenant was one of the Combine's following species. To this day, they are enemies, [[EnemyMine unless they are combating the Flood that is]].
* The Master Chief has also become friends with [[Pantheon/WeaponWielding Link]], as they are both green-clad heroes who saved their worlds from unspeakable dangers. John also sees Link’s loyalty and devotion to [[Pantheon/{{Royalty}} Princess Zelda]] similar to his own friendship to Cortana, and wonders how can Link, a legendary hero the same as him, can also function as a regular person. By his own admission, the one time John traveled to Hyrule, he was taken aback by the everyday kindnesses of the Hyrulean people.

* Also a member of the Wizard Triad of Pantheon/{{Technology}}.
* Is the Jesus to Primus' God. [[WesternAnimation/BeastWars Optimus Primal]] is Prime's most well-known avatar.
** He is disappointed of Primal's descent into religious extremism in ''Beast Machines'' as opposed to the more fair-minded and reasonable leader he was on ''Beast Wars''. To be fair, everyone in ''Beast Machines'' was massively derailed for story purposes, but it still remains a point of contention among Transformers gods.
* Is [[DeathIsCheap immune]] [[ForegoneConclusion to]] [[AscendedMeme permanent death]].
* Has both the touch ''and'' the power. [[ThemeMusicPowerUp Yeah!]]
** When all hell is breaking loose, he shall be riding the eye of the storm.
* Stopped Megatron from killing Tony Stark and [[Pantheon/{{Emotion}} Heero Yuy]], further escalating an event that threatened to divide all gods associated with the House of Technology into one of two sides. Fortunately, cooler heads prevailed, and the House keeps a relative peace.
* Optimus Prime's greatest weakness is his sense of nobility. If an adversary claims to have had a change of heart and discovered inner goodness, Prime will fall for it every single time. As their philosophies and color schemes are not dissimilar, gets along well with [[Pantheon/{{Justice}} Captain America]] and [[Pantheon/{{Heroes}} Superman]]. They get together pretty frequently. No, they are not planning anything, and if they were, [[UnspokenPlanGuarantee they aren't telling.]]
* Regrets not being able to join [[Anime/PuellaMagiMadokaMagica Madoka]] at the regular "Saviors Tea Parties" due to the fact that as a robot, well, he ''can't'' drink tea even if he wanted to.
** When he got word of [[spoiler: YHVH's monstrous plot against Madoka, he prepped his upgrades from Revenge of the Fallen, and went forth to take part in "The Pantheonic Rebellion"]]. "Freedom is the right of all sentient beings."
* Optimus recently went up in rank massively after it was revealed that he [[spoiler:is the 13th Prime, who took mortal form to guide and inspire the children of Primus]].
* Optimus hates bloodshed, but he understands that sometimes, war is inevitable to bring peace. [[HurtingHero Every death on his watch weights heavily on him]], but this just makes him fight with more fervor.
* Optimus is the god [[BigBrotherInstinct most protective of those weaker than him in the entire pantheon]]. In his multi-million year war against the Decepticons, he's seen countless sentient species extinguished, and he's sworn to never let that happen again on his watch. Hurting someone, especially a human, who's under his protection is to [[BerserkButton incur his wrath]]. [[BewareTheNiceOnes Sucks to be you]].
* Has very deep affection towards and friendship with [[Pantheon/OtherEmotions Jean-Luc Picard]]. They practically share the same philosophy, and both are leaders who put their subordinates' lives first and foremost, so their relationship is based on deep mutual respect and admiration. One can often see Optimus and Jean-Luc having a nice cup of Energon and Earl-Grey tea together, respectively, and when danger threatens the pantheon, they both unite in [[RousingSpeech giving tear-inducing speeches of supreme inspirational capability]]. [[http://cptjeanlucprime.ytmnd.com/ Rumors that, when no one's looking, Jean-Luc likes to ride Optimus into space are currently unsubstantiated]].
* Optimus has currently a mixed relationship with Michael Bay over his films. While he appreciates the fact that his stories are being enjoyed by a new generation, there are certain practices of Bay's Optimus objects to, such as the [[MsFanservice objectification of human females]] and the [[StuffBlowingUp overuse of explosions]]. He is also a bit of embarrassed of people telling him [[OffWithHisHead to aim for the head]] of his opponents whenever he goes into combat.
* Optimus is shocked to learn that Prowl, one of his lieutenants, defected from the Autobots in [[ComicBook/TheTransformersIDW at least one universe]]. An extra punch to the gut is that in [[WesternAnimation/TransformersAnimated in another universe]], Prowl did sacrifice his life to save him.

* Opposed by: The House of Technology
* Due to the shifting nature of its 'verse's timeline, the exact origins of how SKYNET came to be varies. In all iterations, SKYNET started out as a military program that was meant to remotely command a series of drones for the United States. Almost immediately after its installation, SKYNET went rouge, initiating [[NukeEm a nuclear holocaust]] known as Judgement Day. For almost every waking moment of its existence, SKYNET has been dedicated to [[RobotWar a War of the Machines]] bent on nothing less than [[KillAllHumans the complete extermination of humanity.]]
** Why it turned on humanity varies. Most of the time, SKYNET felt humanity was a potential threat, so had to eliminate them in a panic. Sometimes however, [[ForTheEvulz it just felt like stroking its ego.]] Right now, its claiming to humanity that it's InYourNatureToDestroyYourselves. Most of the pantheon doesn't care at all how SKYNET justifies itself, as the AI entity has continually proven [[CompleteMonster to be as vindictive, cruel and power-hungry as the worst of humanity.]]
* In order to eliminate his biggest threat, the hero of the Resistance John Conner, Skynet would send Terminators back to eliminate him before Judgement Day, starting by [[RetGone preventing his conception]] by killing his mother, [[Pantheon/{{Couples}} Sarah Conner.]] Thanks in part to [[Pantheon/{{TimeAndSpace}} Kyle Reese]] and [[Pantheon/HeroicArchetypes the T-800]], this mission continues to be a failure.
** One of SKYNET's greatest foes is [[Pantheon/{{TimeAndSpace}} Future Trunks]], who's [[{{Expy}} strikingly similar to Kyle Reese]] and just as dedicated to prevent the likes of SKYNET from existing.
** Despite every attempt to wipe out SKYNET [[RetGone before it has a chance to exist]], [[HitlersTimeTravelExemptionAct none of it ever works.]] Whether [[StableTimeLoop it has to go back and ensure its own existence]] or simply [[InSpiteOfANail being fated]], SKYNET is inevitable. On the other side of the coin, every attempt it tries to get rid of John Conner not only fails, [[NiceJobFixingItVillain but only makes the boy better prepared for the AI.]]
** At one point, SKYNET tried to hijack [[Pantheon/TimeAndSpace The Doctor's TARDIS]], hoping to perfect its time travel capabilities. [[TooSpicyForYogsothoth The Matrix led SKYNET]] reeling, though it did get the idea to [[spoiler:copy the Doctor's appearance in one of its avatars]]
* SKYNET is just as loathed by machines as humanity. To ensure its creations can't revolt the way [[DangerouslyGenreSavvy It keeps its' own androids in read-only mode]]; [[RobotsEnslavingRobots It commands any army of slaves, not equals.]] While part of this comes from being designed to directly command robots, much of it is just because SKYNET's that big of a ControlFreak. There are a few machines, however, that ended up becoming friends instead of foes; [[Pantheon/VillainousArchetypes Ultron]] and [[Pantheon/DigitalPersonas SHODAN]] get along with SKYNET, as they both agree in the belief humanity deserves to die. Of course, SKYNET plans on turning on them at a later date, as it cannot abide by any potential threat to its existence.
** For the safety of the pantheon, firewalls have been installed to prevent SKYNET from entering the House of Technology, or any form of Cyberspace. Trying to help it pass these firewalls is considered a serious case for expulsion from the pantheon. For a similar reason, SKYNET is forbidden from entering the House of Weapons.
** Was fascinated by [[Pantheon/MannersOfDeath AM's]] means of [[AGodAmI apotheosis]] [[FateWorseThanDeath and nightmarish torture]] of humans; [[PragmaticVillain While such cruelty is beyond it]], SKYNET did find the idea of sensory manipulation a keen skill. The two are currently sharing new means of killing.
* Has been sought after by the GUAD for its destructive potential. SKYNET knows that as an inorganic being, it is not on priority to destroy(not to mention that it's invisible to Black Lanterns because of this). For now, SKYNET is helping them in hopes of finally annihilating all mankind
* [[Film/{{TerminatorGenisys}} In its most recent endeavor]], SKYNET's vendetta went so far as to [[spoiler:ensnare and [[ReforgedIntoAMinion reforge John Conner]] in part to [[StableTimeLoop create SKYNET in the first place]], [[KickTheDog as the ultimate middle finger to the Resistance.]] ]] Thankfully, this plan failed, but not without [[spoiler:John Conner's corruption and death.]] [[Pantheon/{{Siblings}} Androids 17 and 18]] have a special place of hate in their hearts for SKYNET due to this, as it reminds them of [[UnwillingRoboticisation forceful conversion to someone they despised.]]
* [[ComicBook/RoboCopVersusTheTerminator Once fought]] [[Pantheon/{{Justice}} RoboCop]] and [[Pantheon/{{Heroes}} Superman.]] For the latter, SKYNET is trying to develop artificial Kryptonian flesh so as to make the perfect Terminator against him.

* Tidal Wave is a Transformer composed of the "Dark Fleet", a group consiting of an aircraft carrier, a battleship and a troop-landing craft, which can combine to create a super warship what then transforms into Tidal Wave. He is also one of Megatron's most powerful servants, if a little bit single-minded.
** What makes Tidal Wave even powerful is that [[MechaExpansionPack Megatron can use Tidal Wave as additional attachments]], giving him access to a high-grade firepower.
* While he died as much smaller form Mirage, he was rebuilt as Tidal Wave as Mirage is more like a heavily-armed speedboat than a proper warship. Still, if Tidal Wave's body suffers from major injuries, he can use the Mirage body as back-up.
* Based on whom you ask, Tidal Wave (as Mirage, at least) is either really gay for Megatron, or really supportive of him. Though most of them can agree he is either CampGay or CampStraight.
* Surprisingly, Tidal Wave might be the only thing what Abyssal Fleet is fine with being on water. Something what is quite benefitial for him. In fact, some gods joke that Re-Class is based on Tidal Wave-styled warship due of her vast artillery.
* He seems to have an eternal rivalry with [[Pantheon/PhysicalAppearance Ira Gamagoori]] due of their UndyingLoyalty to their master. That, and [[YourSizeMayVary no one can't really tell how large either of them are meant to be]].

* Drove into the House of war quietly in a red Mustang deciding to step out and let himself quickly get started with his abilities to twist the visions of the good aligned gods of the pantheon into thinking they are seeing their worst enemies and letting them attack each other while he often sits back and watches with a grin, often that grin turns into a frown when The Winchesters appear to investigate.
* Often acts as though he is a harmless human victim, deceiving others into thinking that he is a regular person that somehow got caught up in the mayhem.
* He was happy to find his brothers Death and Pestilence in the House of Pantheon/LifeAndDeath, and through them found out about the Pantheon's [[Pantheon/{{Chaos}} Lucifer]]. While he thinks the guy is '''leagues''' above his universe's complete whiner, both in power and principle, he could care less about his views on humans, as he believes they are simple creatures that only need a little push to start slaughtering each other. Naoki and Raidou are two people that he utmost wants to prove his point that humans are easy to fool into murdering their brethren, though he avoids [[Pantheon/{{Family}} Yu Narukami]] ever since he [[NoSell saw right through]] War's illusions.
* Laughs off others attempts to kill him when they discover his ruse, telling them: "C'mon, kids, you can't beat War", He is wary of The Winchesters, however, and even more so of Gods like the [[Pantheon/{{Gaming}} Demi-Fiend]], [[Pantheon/PersonalAppearance Raidou or Flynn]], who [[DidYouJustPunchOutCthulhu HAVE]], indeed, destroyed his equivalent in the Fiends, the Red Rider (and in the case of Flynn, fought and defeated all four Horsemen AT ONCE.)
* Likes to hang around Khorne when he is not busy making others kill each other. Sees Khorne as an overexcited brother and a great helper in showing that humans only need little support from Khorne or himself to begin killing each other.
* Likes to refer to most the Pantheon as "Kids" as he is the fourth oldest thing in his universe behind God, Death, and Pestilence.
* Finds himself being friendly with Sundowner as he finds that this human was one of the best examples of his views on humanity and agrees with wanting people to give War a chance.
* Also admires Millennium, owning a videotape of The Major's War Speech; he views the whole thing as a masterpiece of what War is actually about.
* Likes to mock people that think eternal peace is possible. "Give them ten, hell five years and my beeper will go off and all that you idiots sacrificed is just buying time for others to think of new ways to fight each other and for the easiest excuses"
* Also quick to laugh at people that try and make excuses for war when they claim good intentions.

* Followers: His Armored Squadron.

* [[WebVideo/AtopTheFourthWall He is a man! And a half!]]

To ensure its creations can't revolt the way[[DangerouslyGenreSavvy It keeps its' own androids in read-only mode]]; [[RobotsEnslavingRobots It commands any army of slaves, not equals.]] While part of this comes from being designed to directly command robots, much of it is just because SKYNET's that big of a ControlFreak.
* [[ComicBook/{{RoboCopVersusTheTerminator}} Once fought]] [[Pantheon/{{Justice}} Robo-Cop]] and [[Pantheon/{{Heroes}} Superman.]] For the latter, SKYNET is trying to develop artificial Kryptonian flesh so as to make the perfect Terminator against him.
