* In Death City, there is a location where the Death Weapon Meister Academy appears in at Death City. The short form DWMA is a school institution where students attend in order to learn how to fight kishins, evil humans that have fallen to the dark side and eating souls. The meisters are special humans that have become partners to special beings known as a demon weapon. A demon weapon is an individual that has the ability to transform to their weapon forms and human forms. One of the well known weapons present is Spirit Albarn, one the DWMA's staff and also serves Lord Death himself as one of his death scythes/weapons. Spirit was also known to have two different meisters that he worked with in the past, the first meister he worked with when he was younger was with Franken Stein a doctor that teaches in the DWMA, and the second partner is Maka's Mother. In order for a demon weapon to become a death scythe/weapon, they would each need to collect 99 kishin souls and 1 witch soul for the ritual. Spirit Albarn gotten divorced with his wife, Maka's mother because of marital problems that has happened and as a result Spirit's relationship with his daughter became distant until they improved. Spirit is one of the individuals who has a goal to help defeat the Kishin Asura, a powerful Old One that Lord Death fought with in the past.
** Spirit first ascended when Spirit was called to Lord Death's room about the whereabouts of Maka and her friends. When Lord Death told Spirit that there is a place called the Pantheon, Spirit was in disbelief that such a place could have existed but then realize that the Grim Reaper, witches, sorcerers, people who can transform into weapons and kishin exist he should not be that surprised. Spirit became worried about Maka being in a strange place that she knows nothing about and that she is not alone as she is with her friends Black Star along with fellow meisters and weapons. Lord Death managed to speak with the higher ups in the Court of the Gods to have Spirit ascend into the Pantheon so that he could help keep an eye on Maka and the rest of the group to protect them.
* Eventually, Maka was surprised to see her father being here in the Pantheon and that she was glad he is doing ok. On the other hand, when Spirit saw that Medusa Gorgon was alive in the Pantheon he was outright angry about her being there when back in his world Medusa died for good. The fact that there were a couple of deities within the Pantheon that have shared the same first name as Medusa troubled Spirit greatly. One of the Medusa's that Spirit learned about that are good is Rider.
* Medusa's reaction to learning that Spirit ascended was that she was not amused one bit to see another person that opposed her is present and at the same time told Spirit to send her regards to Franken Stein.
* If there is anything that Spirit's hates the most would be people abusing their own children. That is why Spirit was outraged Medusa Gorgon was here in the pantheon since she abused her child Crona both emotionally and physically for them not following her orders. Not only that Medusa had actually experimented on her own child by fusing a weapon with its meister which resulted in Crona having their weapon partner Ragnarok fused in his body as well as making Crona's blood black because of the experiments Medusa conducted. This made him have a huge dislike for bad parents found within the Pantheon like Relius Clover, Lady Tremaine, and Ragyo Kiryuin for the horrible things they have committed against their child/step-child.
** He was disgusted about the depravity that Relius Clover has done towards people including his own children that makes Spirit disgusted about what this evil person did. Relius does not care about what a naive father has to say for his actions. The fact Relius attempted to murder his own children because of the fact they oppose him.
** The actions that Ragyo Kiryuin did was even more despicable in Spirit's eyes which was Ragyo sexually abusing her two daughters and also betraying the human race for the Life Fibers. At least Spirit is shown to care for his daughter and would never even think of hurting Maka and that having his daughter hate him is something he does not wish to happen.
* Spirit as a caring parent to his child, naturally opposes the Child Abuse Supporters because of the fact this group would willingly abuse their own child for different reasons such as for malicious reasons or to punish them. Spirit cannot understand why people would hurt their own children and that they should love their children not hurt them.
* When Spirit learned that someone has a similar name to his friend Franken Stein, Spirit wanted to meet them. The person Spirit met turns out to be Victor Frankenstein who is the Pantheon's resident mad Scientist and was infamous for creating the Frankenstein's monster as a way to create new life. At first Spirit did not know what to think of this man and that he shares similar traits with Spirit's friend such as both being Mad scientists but then he realized Victor has done things that are immoral. Spirit learned that one of Victor's followers are his friend Franken Stein which makes sense since both doctors have similar names to each other and common traits.
** Spirit does not condone Dr. Frankenstein's experiments on creating new life because that would be playing god and that Spirit's opinion on Frankenstein's monster was that of sympathy since in some [[Film/VanHelsing world's]] the Creature is good and helps a vampire hunter named Gabriel Van Helsing and a princess named Anna Valerious fight against Dracula's forces.
* Spirit met a young teenager named Natsuno, a vampire in the pantheon. Natsuno thinks Spirit is a good parent that genuinely cares for his family. Spirit realized that Natsuno lived a harsh life when vampires in Natsuno's world the Shiki invaded and killed many of the villagers. Spirit learning about Natsuno's father made him want to lecture Mr. Yuuki for his carelessness and causing his own son's death for not listening to Akira and Kaori Tanaka's warnings.
** This made Spirit realize that if he was in Natsuno's father position where he found out that his child had suddenly became ill then he would be scared for his child's safety. Spirit in that situation would of listened to any warnings and would take the talisman as protection to protect Maka if some evil vampire wanted to drain her dry or turn her into one of them. Because Spirit is not the type of parent that would neglect their child's safety and he would want to protect Maka in any way he can.
* One of the deities in the Pantheon that Spirits gets along with would be Maes Hughes. Maes is also a father that is overprotective of his daughter and that Maes is one of the people to have discovered a conspiracy in Amestris that involved a transmutation circle that will be used in the country and had the intention to try to warn Roy and the others about it. Spirit felt sad that Maes was not able to see Elysia grow up in the future since he was killed by one of the homunculi Envy that was sent to kill Hughes for finding out to much about their plans. Hughes appreciates Spirit's concern and suggests Spirit to be there for Maka. [[spoiler:Maka was close to losing Spirit back in the final battle on the moon until Spirit alongside his fellow DWMA allies was teleported to safety.]]
* When Spirit heard rumours from the House of Love, that both Maka and Soul are in a relationship this made Spirit shocked and went to confront Soul about it. Soul tried to clear up the misunderstanding as he said that he does not see Maka like that and that she is his precious friend. The conversation ends when Spirit warns Soul if he does anything to harm Maka such as making her cry than he would have to answer to him.
* Another father in the pantheon Spirit had met would be Joseph Joestar. Joseph is a powerful hamon user so he would be considered a vampire hunter since he channels powers from the sun and he also has a stand some sort of spiritual power. Joseph is a married man and he has two children each by a different mother.
** At first Spirit wanted to scold Joseph for cheating on his wife but than he realized that he is not any different since part of the reason why Spirit and his wife are divorced was because Spirit once had an affair in the past. It was because of Joseph's affair with a Japanese woman that he unknowingly had an illegitimate son whose name is Josuke Higashikata. So Spirit told Joseph that what happened in the past can't be changed but all they can do is move forward. Joseph's relationship with his son Josuke has been improving and that Josuke has shown he respects his father.
* When Spirit was asked about Maka's heritage having both meister and weapon ancestry, Spirit was concerned about what his weapon genes could Maka potentially inherit and if she might be in danger because of what she is. [[spoiler:Spirit had discovered that in an [[Anime/SoulEater alternate timeline]] that during a battle with Asura, Maka was standing up against him by herself due to all her friends including Soul being knocked unconscious being unable to help her. Spirit was informed that in this alternate reality Maka had awakened parts of her weapon genes but she could only unleash it while she is unconscious not when she is awake.]]
** Spirit learning about this, made him worried about his daughter on how she could potentially have access to this power being able to sprout blades from her body and so far Maka seems to be unaware of this ability. Later on, Spirit may be planning to one day tell Maka about her weapon blood on how it may affect her in the near future.
* Like most of the Soul Eater deities, Spirit was annoyed with Excalibur to the point he would make the same face the others make when seeing Excalibur. He thinks it is a miracle that King Arthur was able to wield Excalibur without being bothered by the weapon's antics.
* Spirit is glad to be able to be reunited with Maka and her friends in the pantheon and being able to see Lord Death again ever since his passing.

However, Belial took to being awed by Empera's power and felt cheated that Ken was given a promotion as Supreme Commander of the Space Garrison, in addition to winning the heart of Ultrawoman Marie (later Mother of Ultra) who Belial pinned after. This led Belial to seek the artificial sun of the Land of Light, which seared him badly and resulted in him being exiled by the Ultra Race. Desiring revenge, he made a deal with Alien Rayblood to [[FusionDance merge with one another]] and equip the Giga Battle Nizer. Leading an army of a hundred monsters, Belial attacked the Land of Light and defeated Ken, but not before he himself was defeated by Ultraman King and banished into the Space Prison for 20 Millennia.
** This did not stop him, as Belial would be freed by a Zarab alien, regain the Giga Battle Nizer and embark on another crusade to take the Land of Light, succeeding in neutralizing the Ultra Race. He would later come into blows with Ultraseven and establish the Belial Galactic Empire, desiring to [[GalacticConqueror conquer the entire universe]]. Finally, Belial would confront and battle against his final ArchEnemy, his son, Ultraman Geed, who resided on Earth as Riku Asakura. ** Ever since his beatdown and humiliation, Relius has since taken up the trope of IrislessEyeMaskOfMystery and retreated to the House of Pantheon/{{Costumes}} for residence. He now dreads Belial for his vast strength, ruthlessness and sheer malevolence. Ironic, given [[CompleteMonster what kind of person Relius really is]], much of the House of Family have since taken up to mocking him about it. Belial on the other hand couldn't care less and has grander ambitions to look forward to.
* Not too long after making his way into the Pantheon, Belial immediately bought fourth his empire as his heralds. Emperor Palpatine was... amused by this news, but immediately considered Belial a rival as it became clear that while both of them are galactic threats, Palpatine is more keen on governing it as a tyrant; Belial would rather [[OmnicidalManiac blow it up]], though he does seem to relish his position as a tyrant as well.
* Although he joined the Pantheon/GrandUnitedAllianceOfDestruction as their end goals were aligned with his than Melkor's Belial still has a very significant role and influence in the Pantheon/DemonicLegion, where he takes the guise of Kaiser Belial. Because of the Ultramen's presence in the Toku Base, Belial is usually seen governing an army of evil forces who've maintained their enmity against Belial's race or have served him in the past. He's nominated his own version of the Heavenly Kings, consisting of fellow evil Ultras: [[Series/UltramanTiga Camilla, Evil Tiga]] and [[Series/UltramanNexus Dark Zagi]] as his lieutenants along with Iaron, Dark Go Ne, The Darkness Five and Kei Fukuide. Since his full-time ascension into the Pantheon, Belial was more than happy to bring them along as his heralds, even if he doesn't care for any of them beyond furthering his goals. Originally he had planned to tempt [[Series/UltramanOrb Jugglus Juggler]] to become one of his heralds, but the Majin rejected his offer, claiming he had [[Series/UltramanZ work to do elsewhere.]]
** That said, being in the Demonic Legion also means that Belial is in some way, associated with the GUAE, much to his annoyance. He's made it pretty clear time and again that he's more at home with the GUAD than anything else and finds more common ground with Nekron than he does with Melkor. Melkor thinks Belial is being whiny about the situation whereas Nekron is making some attempt to help out Belial in his troubles.
* Riku Asakura immediately took to alarming the Pantheon/TokuBase about the threat and reputation of Belial and the GUAG faction has taken arms to begin their battle against the malicious Ultraman. Belial himself is not satisfied with Ultraman Zero not being around to combat against him, but given that [[spoiler:his son killed him]], he'll have to make do with Asakura.
** Once he got note of Zero's ascension, Belial was thrilled, in the worst possible way that thrilled can be described, to hear the news and tried to go into his temple to [[DeadlyEuphemism "greet"]] the new arrival, luckily Zero's allies helped him thwart his raid and Zero once more triumphed and sent Belial packing. Ever since he's been plotting to take down Zero once and for all, as well as annihilating any and all of Zero's allies beforehand to make him suffer. Zero himself was furious upon knowing Belial's long-standing presence in the Pantheon and returns the fallen Ultra's sentiment.
* He was quick to consider himself a competition against Melkor. The GodOfEvil accepts the challenge to see who gets to destroy the Pantheon first, though Belial himself is not a full member of the Pantheon/GrandUnitedAllianceOfEvil. Instead, he wound up allying himself with Nekron and the Pantheon/GrandUnitedAllianceOfDestruction as his end goals align more with the latter towards the former.
** All that said, he has a rather [[FriendlyRival cordial rivalry]] with Darkseid. The fallen Ultraman sees the Lord of Tyranny as a fellow dictator and is thoroughly impressed by the excessive torture and cruelty he is able to show. That said, despite being a tyrant himself, Belial prefers destruction over dystopic lording. Darkseid however sees Belial as a better competition than Melkor and encourages him to embrace his villainy, though he's made it clear that they're only allies if Belial relinquishes his alliance with Nekron and the GUAD, something which isn't easy.
* While he's struck a deal with the Child Abuse Supporters, the latter have asserted that they are the [[AbusiveParents representatives]] [[OffingTheOffspring of the]] [[EvilUncle bad side]] [[IHaveNoSon of parenting and family]]. Belial however counteracted by stating that he is more powerful than all of them and that he's a bigger threat in the long run. Not that he's wrong, given he comes from a race of superpowerful aliens and has come close to destroying the galaxy at some points. That said, their alliance is rather stable and Belial is content with advocating for further child abuse and neglect.
* Hates Superman and Orion immensely. It doesn't help in that both of them are similar to the Ultra species by virtue of being heroic and powerful in their own right. That said, he's amused by the fact that Orion is Darkseid's son, which reminded him a lot of his cloned son, Asakura. In turn, Superman and Orion see him as an maniacal warlord not unlike Darkseid and [[Pantheon/GoodAndEvilColors Mongul]] and have vowed to stop him at all costs, with Orion even forming a close relation with Asakur.
* His omnicidal nature allowed for good relations with King Ghidorah and Gigan, two kaijus who are [[CompleteMonster just as depraved as he is]] and Belial even offered them a chance to join his empire. Although the two are currently more concerned with their own schemes, they'll often tag along with Belial if they want to wreak havoc [[ForTheEvulz for the hell of it]].
** Hearing about Godzilla, Belial immediately engaged him in battle, eager to see why he was called "King of the Monsters". It paid off; Belial relished the fight and wanted to kill Godzilla partly because he saw him as a WorthyOpponent and partly because he felt killing him would mean most kaiju would swear fealty to him. Fortunately, a timely intervention from Mothra and Shin Hayata forced him to retreat. Since then, he's planning for a comeback with Ghidorah and Gigan.
* Among his fellow comrades in the GUAD, he has a strange tie-in with Oryx, the Taken King. Both of them desire a chaotic tyranny and are willing to nuke the galaxy if it means achieving their goals. There is a major difference in that Oryx does truly care about his offspring whereas Belial would do his damn best to kill his son. Despite that, Oryx isn't going to intrude Belial from his fixation towards Asakura and the two are content with what they do best.
* Loathes Team Dai-Gurren as he is pretty concerned with their [[BeyondTheImpossible breaking the impossible shtick]]. Naturally, he selects Nia Teppelin as the one hew views with most disdain as Nia's [[AllLovingHero overall nature]] and PowerOfTrust annoys and baffles Belial to no end. He also finds Lordgenome to be a sore disappointment in giving up on killing Nia and honestly wishes to kill both of them with his bare hands, that is unless he goes through Simon first. And no, Belial isn't working with the Anti-Spiral in this regard as Belial is uprfront about destruction, in contrast to the Anti-Spiral's approach in maintaining population control over the universe.
* He takes it with pride that he is the first villain from his franchise to ascend into the Pantheon. That said, he's still somewhat sore about the fact that Geed got there first. Not that it matters as Belial now has another shot at killing him, alongside Shin Hayata and Gai Kurenai.
* Being a FallenHero of the [[CompleteMonster worst kind]], Belial quickly struck an alliance with the Plutonian, who is more than pleased to see someone be of relatable acquaintance. The two of them are currently planning out ways to invade and lay destruction towards the Pantheon. To the terror of the Pantheon should Belial reach out to his Atrocious form and the Plutonian [[spoiler:figuring out his [[RealityWarp reality-altering powers]]]].
* Malicious he may be, Belial is also opposed by a few villainous deities. Chief among them was Zamasu, who is disgusted and irritated by the amount of destruction Belial caused throughout the cosmos, in addition to being a SatanicArchetype. Belial simply snickered and [[{{Hypocrite}} called out Zamasu for also being a rebel just like him]], a fact that the fallen Kai [[BerserkButton does not take kindly]]. He's also opposed by Malekith and Evolto, though for different reasons; Malekith thinks he's bonkers about his goals and sees him as being similar to [[Pantheon/{{Undead}} Nagash]] regarding destruction and egotism whereas Evolto gets reminded of his older brother Killbus whenever he's reminded by the fallen Ultraman.
* He's also been amused to hear the ascension of fellow Reionics, Rei. Belial once tried to make the young Reionics join his cause to no avail before brainwashing him to force him into doing so. Now Belial is plotting to do so one more time, as means of having another Reionics to strengthen his forces and gain control over his valuable and powerful Kaiju, but has been seeking out allies that can help him make the brainwashing permanent this time around. Oddly enough, he's been amused to think that Rei can be considered an uncle-of-sorts to his son/genetic clone, Riku.
* One Toku villain that he does not get along with is [[Pantheon/LifeAndCreation Yapool]], Yapool loathes Belial not just for being an Ultra, evil or not it matters not to Yapool, but also for having "stolen" two of his lieutenants, Iaron and Dark Go Ne, who defected from Yapool's branch of the Alien Empera Army for the Belial Galactic Empire. Belial himself doesn't feels like tolerating his fellow villain either, despite both having a grudge against the Land of Light, and will only reluctantly work with Yapool for the purpose of taking down the Ultras, while both plot to take the other down once the deed is done.
* Even in death, Belial's influence can spread havock, as Riku was quick to inform the Pantheon's many houses of the threat of the Devil's Splinter, fragments of Belial's body that carry his malice and evil that drive those who enter in contact with it mad, evil or empowers them as well as being useful for creating deadly weapons of war. Many villains have raced to find these Splinters and employ them in their schemes, while Belial has thought up of finding ways to use them for his plans before Yapool or any rival of his does.
* Recent events have left an alternate version of Belial, known as Early Style Belial, running around; this Belial is distinguished due to lacking the corrupting influence of Rayblood, instead being empowered by the Absolutian warrior, Absolute Tartarus. Reports of this Belial have been scarce, though all deities watch out for the possibility of him meeting his main timeline self and possibly teaming up or causing trouble on his own.

* Takes pride in the massive shits he's able to take, to the point that he insisted on having his most legendary one be kept in the house of Pantheon/{{Treasures}}. Of course, the gods denied Randy's request for obvious reasons. Being Randy, he refused to take no for an answer and attempted to break into the house with his massive shit on hand to put on display. Unfortunately for him, other deities anticipated as much and had him apprehended by the police before he got far.
