*** Bartholomew Kuma once deposed the tyrannical king of his homeland by marching towards his castle, by himself, and demolishing it with his Devil Fruit power, the event becoming known as the "Solo Revolution". When King Bekori attempted to return backed by a fleet of Marine ships, Kuma intercepted them on a boat and sank the whole fleet. And this was before he became a cyborg!

* Esdeath from Manga/AkameGaKill stands to be counted as one of the most powerful humans alive by her pure physical power alone, but she also holds in her body one of the most powerful weapons ever produced and is in complete control of it. She has been outright stated as being so powerful it will require an entire army and ten wielders of weapons similar to hers to even have a chance to beat her. She is also an insane sadist, who enjoys torturing and destroying her enemies and has ordered the populace of entire countries to be buried alive and massacred on a whim. The entirety of the most powerful of the protagonist team fighting her at once were unable to even scratch her and she was holding back during their fight. In the finale of the anime, [[spoiler:Akame is able to beat her in a one-on-one, but only after unlocking the final power-up of her OneHitKill weapon that also gave her a SuperMode.]] In the manga that came later, however, [[spoiler:Esdeath's final battle has her go up against Akame, 10 other Teigu wielders, and 100,000 soldiers, and she still managed to kill about half of them before dying herself to a combination of attrition, Akame's OneHitKill weapon, and no small amount of luck (she actually broke said weapon and let her guard down just enough for Akame to shove the broken remnants of it into her).]]

Fisher Tiger did climb the Red Line. He had escaped from Marejois but decided to go back and free the other slaves.

** Fisher Tiger, by virtue of climbing the Red Line and raiding a Marine base by himself. Not to mention freeing all the Celestial Dragons' slaves. Note that the Red Line is over 6 miles tall. So Fisher Tiger climbed a mountain taller than Everest, then immediately took down an entire Marine base (including oneshotting a Vice Admiral) without taking a moment to rest. Although it turns out .

* Anime/MyHime: Many of the Hime. Let us count the ways.
** Mai is the standout example, and her Element allows her to KillItWithFire on a massive scale, and her CHILD can take out battleships and KillSats.
** Shizuru and Kiyohime utterly slaughter District One, and she makes short work of two other Hime.
** Midori takes out a battleship just by ramming it at top speed.
** Natsuki takes out a squad of armed soldiers, impressively enough, by relying on her hand to hand skills more than her powers. And she holds her own against Mikoto.
** Mikoto's skills with melee weapons is top flight, and her sword, Miroku, can stand up to the punishment she subjects it to. Including slicing through tanks.

** The Ogres after Rimuru named and evolved them into Oni each became one (with the exception of Kurobee). During the war against the 200,000-strong Orc Army, Ninja Souei single-handedly slaughtered every single Orc between him and the captured Lizardmen leadership, Shion and Hakurou slaughtered dozens of Orcs at a time with their swords, and Benimaru used his Dark Flame Skill to create SphereOfDestruction en masse to slaughter thousands of Orcs at a time to the point he was the main cause of the 50,000 Orc causalities taken before Rimuru beat the Orc Disaster. And they all only got stronger as the series goes.

** Majin Buu as well. Fat Buu alone wipes out 2/3rds of Earth's population in a day and Super Buu kills off the rest of the population in an instant without even leaving Kami's lookout. The first thing Kid Buu does is blow up Earth and in the anime, proceeds to destroy planet after planet searching for Goku and Vegeta over the course of only a few minutes. This is all in addition to Buu being a low-key RealityWarper with his Change Beam, being powerful enough to open holes between dimensions with his screams, being able to instantly learn techniques after seeing them performed once, and possessing regeneration and absorption abilities far more potent than Cell's (Buu can regenerate from smoke and gains the knowledge and personality traits of the people he absorbs in addition to their strength- allowing him to improve himself in more ways than just raw power). Buu single-handedly manages to be such an existential threat that the heroes are forced to cross every GodzillaThreshold they have in fighting him.
