She is also an insane sadist, who enjoys torturing and destroying her enemies and has ordered the populace of ''entire'' countries to be buried alive and massacred on a whim. The entirety of the most powerful of the protagonist team fighting her at once were unable to even ''scratch'' her and she was ''holding'' back during their fight. In the finale of the anime, [[spoiler:Akame is able to beat her in a [[AdaptationalWimp one-on-one]], but only after unlocking the final power-up of her OneHitKill weapon that also gave her a SuperMode.]] In the manga [[OvertookTheManga that came later]], however, [[spoiler:Esdeath's final battle has her go up against Akame, 10 other Teigu wielders, and ''100,000'' soldiers, and she still managed to kill about half of them before dying herself to a combination of attrition, Akame's OneHitKill weapon, and no small amount of luck (she actually ''broke'' said weapon and let her guard down just enough for Akame to shove the broken remnants of it into her).]]

So Fisher Tiger climbed a mountain taller than Everest, then immediately took down an entire Marine base (including [[OneHitKill oneshotting]] a Vice Admiral) without taking a moment to rest. Although it turns out [[spoiler:he didn't actually climb the Red Line, he was captured and brought to the top as a slave, but everything else is true]].

During the war against the 200,000-strong Orc Army, [[{{Ninja}} Souei]] single-handedly slaughtered every single Orc between him and the captured Lizardmen leadership, [[BoobsOfSteel Shion]] and [[MasterSwordsman Hakurou]] slaughtered dozens of Orcs at a time with their swords, and Benimaru used his [[PlayingWithFire Dark Flame]] Skill to create SphereOfDestruction ''en masse'' to slaughter thousands of Orcs at a time to the point he was the main cause of the 50,000 Orc causalities taken before Rimuru beat the Orc Disaster. And they all only got ''stronger'' as the series goes.

** Majin Buu as well. Fat Buu alone wipes out 2/3rds of Earth's population in a day and Super Buu kills off the rest of the population in an instant without even leaving Kami's lookout. The first thing Kid Buu does is blow up Earth and in the anime, proceeds to destroy planet after planet searching for Goku and Vegeta over the course of only a few minutes. This is all in addition to Buu being a low-key RealityWarper with his Change Beam, being powerful enough to ''open holes between dimensions with his screams'', being able to instantly learn techniques after seeing them performed once, and possessing regeneration and absorption abilities far more potent than Cell's (Buu can regenerate from ''smoke'' and gains the knowledge and personality traits of the people he absorbs in addition to their strength- allowing him to improve himself in more ways than just raw power). Buu single-handedly manages to be such an existential threat that the heroes are forced to cross every GodzillaThreshold they have in fighting him.
