** The soldier set to watch Nancy after she's caught begins to panic when she makes him realize that he doesn't just have a random cough, as he can't remember his wife's name, any children they have, or ''his own name''.

** The A twofer when Nancy is caught. First, she notices that the soldier who's been set to watch Nancy after she's caught over her has the scratch on his hand that all of the gas-mask zombies develop early in their transformation and is reduced to ''begging'' the other soldiers to throw her in whatever cell they like as long as it isn't with him. Then the soldier begins to panic when she makes him realize that he doesn't just have a random cough, as he can't remember his wife's name, any children they have, or ''his own name''.

* A whole ''crapload'' of the show's OhCrap moments can be brought to mind by one simple word. "[[AC:EXTERMINATE! ''EXTERMINATE!'' '''''EX-TER-MI-NAAAATE!!!''''']]"
* The Doctor has OhCrap moments often enough that the TARDIS has a standard signal for them, the Cloister Bell. But only for very ''special'' OhCrap moments. The TARDIS rings it when she detects [[spoiler:that the ''universe is coming to an end''.]]
** Or if she detects an imminent collision, or she's in danger of exploding. But those don't happen as often... which should tell you something about this show.

* ''Literature/DoctorWhoNewAdventures'' time — ''The Dying Days'' apparently kills off [[spoiler:the Doctor]] within the first third of the story. Then the villain of the piece is tricked into ranting about his plans by the Doctor's companion despite knowing full well that doing so would offend his "honour" to the point of him executing her on the spot. She gets ready for the chop when a quiet voice says "it ends now". It's a full blown "oh crap" and "hell yeah" moment as eventually the speaker reveals themselves, and you guessed it, [[spoiler:it's the Doctor]]. Who is happily aboard the villain's ship and is merrily messing with everyone's plans. The stunned silence on everyone's behalf speaks volumes.
