!!Before The Series

* The prologue has quite the incident. Wain, the previous [[LadyOfWar Warrior-Queen ]], and mother of Twain and Wain, led an army of the Kingdoms best warriors against [[BeastOfTheApocalypse Lawren, a dragon of apocalyptic scale who threatened to destroy the kingdom]]. While the outcome of the battle is unknown, one thing is for certain. Wain died, and [[NeverFoundTheBody Lawren's fate is unknown.]] If he is alive, he [[ReturningBigBad could come back for round two]], and this time, there would be nobody to stop him.

* Episode 8 alone has a ton of these.
** Ami has the ability to heal people on physical contact. This alone is nothing bad. However, here, Ami and Geo get into an Arm-Wrestling match. Ami proceeds to win by [[LethalHarmlessPowers reversing her healing]], and [[TouchOfDeath draining Geos' health]] until he blacks out.
*** This alone raises many, many horrible questions. Can EVERY healer do this? Can other elements be used to a similar dangerous extent, such as [[SupernaturalSuffocation sucking the air out of someone's lungs???]] What if there's even some people who specialize in this [[LifeDrinker type of thing???]]
** Ghosts just exist. Not surprising considering all sorts of other monsters and mythical creatures in the world, but the circumstances of said Ghosts are quite harrowing.
** The Bride, the main antagonist of the episode, is where many of these lie aswell.
*** Long ago, a Bride and a Groom were set to be married at a specific island. They promised to eachother they would wait however long it took, but the Groom never showed up. [[IWillWaitForYou The Bride waited on the island for her Groom, until she died.]]
*** [[GhastlyGhost As a malevolent spirit with uncanny abilities]], some instances include: [[BodyHorror telekinetically contorting her victim's bodies into unnatural angles]], [[DreamWalker appearing in an unconscious victim's mind as a nightmare]], and [[MindControl manually controlling someone's body]], as to make them [[FightingYourFriend kill their friend]]. Also lots and lots of [[JumpScare Jumpscares]].

* While not being said or shown explicitly, some of the most horrifying parts of the series come from before the main episodes.
** It is heavily implied that before Geo, there were other Humans who landed in Teora. As we have seen no other Humans or even signs of them existing recently... It's not very hard to [[KilledOffScreen theorize what happened to them]].
** It gets even worse once you begin to think about it from individual perspectives.
*** From the Humans perspectives, they were forcefully transported to an alien world, [[TrappedinAnotherWorld without any means of coming back]]. For the later ones, the locals definitely feared them, due to what happened with [[HerosEvilPredecessor previous Humans]], and probably tried to pre-emptively exterminate them as possible, ironically causing the [[CrimeOfSelfDefense Humans to use their powers to defend themselves out of fear, or anger]].
*** From the Teoran perspectives, you repeatedly had [[AlienInvasion alien invaders]] with [[PunyEarthling horrifying physical abilities]] constantly appearing out of nowhere, causing massive death and destruction, and having to be put down at the cost of many lives. These incidents are so bad that [[FantasticRacism Teoran society intrinsically fears Humans as monsters]].

*** From Gwains and Twains perspectives, they had to [[BarrierMaiden bear the entire safety of their world on their shoulders]], as they were most likely the [[OnlyICanKillHim only ones able to defeat a Human]].
