* The protagonist in VideoGame/PocketMirror is sweet, kind, and caring girl who is willing to help others in need. Lampshaded in the game when some of the other characters refer her as "Miss Goody Two Shoes."

** His older brother, Sans, is a (really) easygoing and funny guy who treats the Human Child like an old buddy. [[spoiler:That is except for one part where he invites the player to lunch to curtly inform them that if not for a promise to Toriel not to harm you, he would've killed you the minute he met you. Given how he knows about the save system, it's quite likely his friendly attitude is an insurance policy to make a potentially murderous player think twice about going through with it.]]

* Papyrus from VideoGame/Undertale. Despite his massive ego and desire to capture the player so he can become a member of the royal guard, he honestly does grow to like the player and cares about them to the point that he insists on taking them alive even though they're going to be executed anyway. After his fight (if the player manages to spare him) he can be befriended into helping them on their journey and trying to stop Undyne from killing them, and will even try to get the two to become friends if Undyne is spared as well. Even if the player is a genocidal monster, he refuses to believe that there isn't some good to be found in them Undyne eventually admits that while Papyrus is more than skilled enough to be a member of the Royal Guard, he's ultimately just too nice to handle the responsibilities.

Try to insult him in battle and he simply interprets it as a front hiding a much nicer person who just needs to be warmed up to; do it after battle and he thinks you're insulting yourself. * Most of the younger female cast members of the Franchise/StreetFighter series are pleasant and good people (Sakura, Ibuki, and Elena especially). This is why Juri's introduction in Super Street Fighter IV was such a shocking contrast, because up to then Capcom had never introduced a female fighter who wasn't a NiceGirl (Juli and Juni in Alpha 3 were antagonistic characters but only against their will; Chun-Li, Viper, and Cammy are determined, focused, and somewhat militant but also good-aligned characters).

*** The Avatar. They grew up surrounded by kind people (With the exception of Jerkass Garon), and is naturally kind themselves (in Revelations and Invisible History it's revealed that this is largely in part due to their father, [[spoiler:Anankos' good half]]. The Avatar is possibly one of the kindest and most forgiving lords in the franchise, rivaling the likes of Eliwood and Marth. In their supports, the Avatar is almost always helping or playing therapist to other characters in the army, and their general attitude--when they don't feel mischievous--is one of politeness and humility. Xander even tells them they're too nice for their own good--and, to an extent, he's right. Caeldori also sums it up well in her S support with a Male Avatar.
