Joe Bagale, better known as Otis [=McDonald=] (born in 1983 in Rochester, New York), is a musician and music producer from San Francisco. He gained fame by releasing his tracks royalty-free through the Youtube Music Library, allowing people to use them in their videos - more than three and a half million of them, in fact.

[=McDonald's=] style relies heavily on blues, funk and hip-hop - as he explained, his pseudonym came from a music piece he composed, inspired by Shuggie Otis and Michael [=McDonald=] (of The Doobie Brothers fame).

He has [[https://www.otismacmusic.com/ a website]] and [[https://www.youtube.com/c/OtisMcDonaldTV/featured a Youtube channel where he runs weekly livestreams from his studio.]]
