Other than that incident, she is usually drawn in very conservative outfits.
* ''LightNovel/BakaAndTestSummonTheBeasts'': Hideyoshi fits this trope perfectly. The series is even aware of it, as whenever there is a possible point to insert fanservice, they make sure she is there. Dressed in various costumes including nurse and maid, and appears as the round girl (girl holding up the round number) in various suggestive positions and clothes. The only part that doesn't fit is her flat chest, but for some, that's also an appealing factor... Wait.... [[WholesomeCrossdresser HE'S]] [[DudeLooksLikeALady A]] [[AttractiveBentGender GUY]]?

Her job varies from modeling swimsuits, to cosplay, or simply making guest appearances on talk shows. Aside from that, Birdy only has two [[FuroScene furo scenes]], where she's seen mostly from the shoulders up.
* ''Manga/BlackButler'': Hannah from the second anime [[GoingCommando doesn't wear underwear under her dress]] save for [[OfCorsetsSexy a corset]], has big boobs and hips, has a very beautiful face (save for [[EyeScream an eye of hers]]), and gets frequent ClothingDamage.

* ''Manga/{{Btooom}}'': Himiko, definitely. It helps that she avoids {{Gag Boobs}} territory by writing insistence alone, for her body type fits that trope quite nicely. Given that she is only 15 years old, it can be argued that she is actually deformed, particularly in the Manga.
* ''Manga/CageOfEden'' has the schoolgirl Rion Akagami and the beauty [[SexyStewardess stewardess]] Oomori. Both are respectively the third and first buxom character in the series (and Oomori is really proud of this); plus Rion is source of many PantyShot. The university student and dark-skinned beauty Rei often invoke this status, but most of the boys are interested in the girls their own age and the adult men are lolicons.
* ''Anime/CaptainEarth'' has both the female leads, [[InnocentFanserviceGirl Hana]] and [[ShamelessFanserviceGirl Akari]], but the most fanservice-y of all is [[DarkActionGirl Moco]].
* Kanade Sakurada of ''Manga/CastleTownDandelion'' fulfills this trope. Of course because of her busty chest, her [[AloofDarkHairedGirl blunt personality]], and her moments while she wears anything that matches her breasts.
* Although all of the girls in ''Manga/ChronoCrusade'' get their fair amount of fanservice, Satella is extremely flirty and well aware of her good looks, as well as the curviest woman in the entire series.
* ''Franchise/CodeGeass''
** Kallen alone would technically fulfill the quota for this series. The staff have gone out of their way here, taking advantage of pretty much every available opportunity to showcase Kallen's assets, including positioning the camera at an odd angle when she piloted mecha just to get a better view of her behind and once she [[CrowningMomentOfAwesome piloted a mecha clad only in a bunny-girl costume.]]
** C.C. lacks the bust size of many of the other girls, but she [[{{Pun}} backs it up]] by having a big butt, owing her the name [[FanNickname Pizza Butt]]. She also (partially) undresses herself in front of Lelouch a couple of times, and there is a flashback where she's completely naked for no reason.
** As far as Euphie is concerned, everyone remembers one scene starring her more than any other. The sequence where she meets Lelouch on the beach, in her usual revealing dress, and apparently in order to dry said dress, ends up talking to him wearing nothing but his overcoat and a smile (back-to-back, actually; Lelouch has a superhuman will to ''not'' look at fanservice girls, as he previously proved during Kallen's shower).
** Pretty much any female member of the cast within Ashford Academy (except [[{{Meganekko}} Nina]]). And even ''she'' has her moments of this at times.
** Let's not leave the spin-offs and AlternateContinuity stories out of this though. Some of which are a bit more ridiculous and blatant than others. Of note:
*** [[Manga/CodeGeassNightmareOfNunnally Nightmare of Nunnally]] has [[LittleMissBadass Alice]], who provides several [[PantyShot panty shots]] throughout the manga. Nunnally herself also has some {{Fanservice}} moments, but it's [[SubvertedTrope subverted]] by the fact that she's both blind and crippled until the end.
*** [[Manga/CodeGeassOzTheReflection Oz the Reflection]] has... '''pretty much every female character,''' although special attention is given to [[AcePilot Oldrin Zevon]] and [[RoyalsWhoActuallyDoSomething Marrybell mel Britannia]].
* The anime movie ''Coral Reef Legend: Elfie of the Blue Sea'' gives us the teenage main character, Elfie. Her design is very simple at first sight, and certainly more modest than we're used to see in modern anime, but upon looking at her closely it involves ''several'' fetishes: she's a cute [[LongHairIsFeminine long-haired girl]] [[LadyInRed who wears a red dress]] with semi-detached sleeves that: let us see her shoulders, has a hole in the front that exposes [[BareYourMidriff Elfie's stomach]], '''and''' possesses a DangerouslyShortSkirt that allows her to show off [[ShesGotLegs her long legs.]] Not to mention, her [[SilkHidingSteel sweet yet firm personality]] and [[BreakTheCutie the shit she goes through]] makes the viewer [[TheWoobie love her and want to protect her.]]
* Faye Valentine from ''Anime/CowboyBebop''. Of course, the only other female member of the main cast is a tomboyish 13-year-old, and it's hinted that [[DistractedByTheSexy Faye may be doing it deliberately]].
* ''Anime/CrossAnge'' has loads of fanservice for every teenage female character that is roughly 16 with everyone except Sala having big boobs. However the main protagonist Ange easily wins this, being naked or half naked in every episode at least once, with a very nice figure. (There's even some times where she gropes herself) However [[SoBeautifulItsACurse this makes her get hunted by Embryo]] and [[AttemptedRape almost raped in the second episode]].
* ''Anime/CuteyHoney'': Honey Kisaragi, the main character of the franchise (unsurprisingly, given that she was created by Creator/GoNagai, the man who "invented" anime fanservice). Her default 'hero' outfit has a CleavageWindow that borders on AbsoluteCleavage, and in ''Series/CuteyHoneyTheLive,'' her outfit is [[HellBentForLeather a leather one]] that shows off ''all'' her features just perfectly while still being mostly cartoon-accurate. And she takes the MagicalGirl TransformationSequence to a new level - the transformation mechanism actually makes her clothes disintegrate and reintegrate in a new form, leaving her quite naked for a good few seconds while in midmorph. It doesn't seem to bother her in the least. Go Nagai also happened to invent ''Kekko Kamen'', a more, ahem, blatant example.
* ''Manga/DailyLifeWithMonsterGirl'' has plenty of [[CuteMonsterGirl Cute Monster Girls]] that fit the trope, but more specifically:
** Mia, who is a ShamelessFanserviceGirl. She's very, very intent on showing Kimihito her goods to try and tempt him into actually making a move. Chapter 2 has her gleefully pulling Kimihito into a lingerie shop and taking off her top in front of him, asking his opinion on the bras, and dragging him towards the changing rooms with her. All with a smile on her face.
** Centorea, who is one of most stacked characters in the series, complete with {{Gainaxing}} GagBoobs (a '''103 I''' bra was tried and found too small). She really does try to dress modestly, but is frequently either giving Kimihito [[MarshmallowHell Marshmallow Hell]], being groped by Kimihoto by accident, or losing her top completely and revealing her breasts.
** Papi and Suu are both [[InnocentFanserviceGirl Innocent Fanservice Girls]]. Papi dives into a public fountain naked thinking it's a bird bath. Suu is often naked, part and parcel of being from a race without any real culture or language whose [[BlobMonster body type]] makes wearing most clothes impossible. Plus, absorbing plenty of water and becoming "well-fed" causes her to take on an older appearance, including going from mostly-flat to stacked.
* ''Anime/DarkerThanBlack'': Suou, her exploitable fanservice style personality made her even more a fanservice bait than [[SugarAndIcePersonality Yin]] was.
* Lamia from ''[[Manga/MaoDante Demon Lord Dante]]'', pretty obvious there would be at least one since it's Creator/GoNagai. While Medusa does wander around half-dressed-to-naked most of the time since her cover in the human world is as a model, Lamia wears a fetish-y outfit that, with her dark grey skin and long ears, make her resemble a Drow. And then there's the fact her raison d'être is to have Dante's babies and conquer the world with them. Fortunately for humanity, he thinks with the head on top.
* ''Anime/DeltoraQuest'', Jasmine is more sexualised in the manga and anime than her description in the books, especially with her forest rags somehow becoming a [[DangerouslyShortSkirt mini skirt]] complete with [[ZettaiRyouiki thigh length tights]]. The manga [[https://static.comicvine.com/uploads/scale_small/6/67663/3595826-08.jpg covers]] especially empathise her figure which is a bit creepy since [[JailBait she's only sixteen]] at the time.
** [[HotWitch Sorceress Thaegan]] was described as attractive in the books, but Japan turns her into [[https://encrypted-tbn3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSyXvm6a6LC2remR2U8pgUaJMV3DUXOkI809StLJoGLESJDptUITXtvSzif1w demonic Jessica Rabbit]]. Thaegan is actively [[VainSorceress trying]] to keep herself beautiful and is reduced to [[RapidAging old hag]] when her magic is broken. And yet she appears again beautiful in the spirit world when she dies.

* ''Anime/DigimonFrontier'': Zoe Orimoto is easily the sexiest female of all the Digimon series, and the first Digimon female lead made for fanservice. If her sexy skirt, nice long blonde hair, sexy figure, and short shirt exposing her stomach isn't enough for you, her Digimon forms Kazemon and Zephyrmon both put her in bikinis.
* ''LightNovel/DirtyPair'': During its heyday, Kei and Yuri were as infamous for their skintight leather outfits, as they were for [[DestructiveSaviour their penchant for property damage.]] They wore matching halter tops, short-shorts, and go-go boots, as seen in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pTMe1vhUxh0 the series OP.]] Meaning, lots of skin for a showing airing in1985.
* Despite being a children's series, ''Anime/{{Doraemon}}'' has Shizuka Minamoto. She has many {{Panty Shot}}s and {{Furo Scene}}s; in one episode Suneo designs a {{Stripperific}} costume for her and comes up with this. It's a RunningGag that Shizuka never gets a bath without Nobita accidentally entering with the [[WarpWhistle Everywhere Door]] or other gadgets. Mostly in the '80s anime and some movies, it's possible to see her completely naked in these scenes. Averted in TheRemake of 2008 where the fanservice is totally downplayed.
* Midori Yamabuki from ''Manga/DoctorSlump'', a beautiful school teacher modeled after Creator/MarilynMonroe.
* ''Manga/DragonBall'' series:
** Bulma is a very noteworthy example. She is the curviest female character of the franchise and has the biggest bust (aside Maron that is a filler character). The PlayboyBunny suit being one of the earliest examples together with her numerous PantyShot and bath scenes. To take it further, she's the only female character to appear naked in the entire series.
*** ''Anime/DragonBallThePathToPower'' takes Bulma's sex appeal UpToEleven, thanks the director Yamauchi Shigeyasu having a crush on Bulma.
** Chi-Chi (yes that Chi-Chi) has been exploited over the years especially her first [[https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/smashbroslawlorigins/images/f/f1/Kid-Chi-Chi.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20130202205919 outfit]] which creepy considering her age, but when she grows up Chi-Chi is given a more homely appearance aside the one BathtubScene in {{Filler}}. Most people forget Chi-Chi can be very attractive when she wants and isn't just the annoying HouseWife that some make her out to be.
** Lunch/Launch who was actually introduced In-Universe to fulfill the role of a beautiful woman. She wears short shorts with a [[BareYourMidriff midriff bearing outfit]] and was shown in lingerie.
** Minor character Ranfan actually see her strips down to sexy lingerie with closeups of her breasts and butt.
** Maron, a filler character in ''Dragon Ball Z''. Design wise, she's meant to be a sexier Bulma and is another glaring example, wearing a rather revealing one-piece bathing suit with her large breasts on clear display. And this is the outfit that she wears for the majority of her appearances on the show.
** Fasha/Celpia from ''Anime/BardockTheFatherOfGoku'' as the first female Saiyan is very attractive in contrast to most of her male Saiyan peers. Thanks to her leotard, Fasha was certainly influence on other female Saiyan design going forward.
** [[RobotGirl Android 18]] while not as sexualised as the first female characters, 18 is ridiculously attractive and not above wearing cowgirl outfits. In the Buu saga filler 18's breasts especially get focus in an interaction with [[LovableSexManiac Master Roshi]].
** Zangya from ''Anime/BojackUnbound'' the only female in the Galaxy Soldiers is literal GreenSkinnedSpaceBabe. She was so popular she made it into subsequent video games.
** Videl and Erasa are very attractive and Gohan is [[ChickMagnet lucky]] to attract both of them though he marries Videl despite Erasa going around in a tube top. Videl’s appeal is dialed up in the [[NonserialMovie movies]]
** Introduced in ''Anime/DragonBallSuper'' is Caulifa, the well-endowed female Saiyan who is the first female character to go Super Saiyan in the series, something to fans have wanted for a long time. Kale is similarly attractive if not shy, she keeps some of her feminine features even when she becomes Legendary Super Saiyan.
* ''Manga/ElfenLied''. Lucy/Nyuu (both forms). Even when Lucy is being AxCrazy, there are frequent frames zooming in on her cleavage. She's also frequently seen naked. Nyuu takes it even further with her fondness of her breasts being touched. Her cleavage is toned down in the anime adaptation.
** Nana, too. There are TONS of scenes of her naked throughout the series.
* In ''Anime/ExpelledFromParadise'', we get several shots of Angela's not-at-all covered butt. A somewhat shacky example, but the only fanservice we get in the whole anime. Well, that and a few picks of her boobs. And when she's riding through cyberspace, which naturally makes her completely naked.
* Most of the female characters in ''Manga/FairyTail'' qualify, with some notable examples being:
** Lucy. A large-breasted blonde who consistently wears skimpy outfits, carries a [[WhipItGood whip]], is frequently subject to ClothingDamage, almost always fights [[DesignatedGirlFight other women]], is often depicted in [[CosplayOtakuGirl cosplay outfits]] and sometimes [[{{Meido}} maid costumes]], is occasionally captured and [[BoundAndGagged tied up]], and is commonly drawn from provocative angles or with emphasis on suggestive body parts, most recently her feet. Basically, think of a form of fetish. Lucy either embodies it or has had or will have it happen to her, much to her great embarrassment (almost) every time.
** Erza. She is a red-headed beauty with large breasts, whose magic usually consists of {{Stripperiffic}} outfits.
** Jenny. All her noteworthy appearances involve her wearing a bikini (her modelling fight against Mirajane, the Naval Battle and the visit in Ryusetzu Land - in the latter, she even loses her bikini bottom and spends the rest of the chapter like that).
** Ultear. She gets at least many shots of her backside as her face, especially in the Tenrou Island arc when she is wearing SensualSpandex.
** Kyôka. A candidate for the best villainous example of this in the series. Her second outfit makes Angel look like TheIngenue. The fact that there are several close-ups of her butt in this outfit kind of [[LampshadeHanging lampshades]] it.
* A few females in ''LightNovel/TheFamiliarOfZero'' due to all the FanService, like Kirche. Heck, even Louise counts as this despite her flat chest, what with her ZettaiRyouiki and her nice legs. The major example is Tiffania, a naive blonde half-elf with very huge breasts who is often subject to GagBoobs humor.
* ''Anime/LastOrderFinalFantasyVII'', Tifa Lockhart is decked out in her Niblehiem cowgirl outfit with the DangerouslyShortSkirt (which is especially showcased when Sephiroth dangles her in the air) and is drawn very beautifully. Though Tifa is actually less bosomy than her appearance in the game, except for [[https://img.youtube.com/vi/pInppxsP5g4/sddefault.jpg one moment]]
* Female characters created by Nobuyuki Anzai for ''Manga/FlameOfRecca'' and ''Manga/{{MAR}}'' are Ms's Fanservervice by default, given their tendency to don conspicuously skimpy outfits, but the peak of their fanservice career is always achieved [[ClothingDamage accidentally or circumstantially]]. Yanagi is preserved but has had her clothes torn by Kurei many times for reasons unknown. Kirin's sloppily worn strapless bra comes off during a fight with Doumon, exposing her full teats. Dorothy shows a full view of her right breast when Chimera attacks her and torn her a large piece of her dress off. Gido is completely naked with nip side views when she's free from Chimera's curse.
* The entire female cast of ''Manga/{{Freezing}}'' all show off their assets through scantily-clad outfits or battle-damage.

* In ''LightNovel/LadiesVersusButlers'' the best examples are Sernia, the most buxom character in the series and prone to embarassing situation with the male protagonist Akiharu and the two Shikikagami sisters, Saori and Sanae. More specifically, Saori Shikikagami sees no problem with taking her clothes off anytime, anywhere. Even in the middle of a crowded room. ** In Class 1-A of the Hero course, there's [[TheOjou Momo Yaoyorozu]], whose costume is basically a red one-piece swimsuit with go-go boots, [[NiceGirl Ochaco Uraraka]], [[FormFittingWardrobe whose hero costume ends up being skintight]] due to an error and reveals her figure, and [[CuteMonsterGirl Mina Ashido]], [[GreenSkinnedSpaceBabe a pink-skinned girl]] whose tighs are, per the author's words, "[[ShesGotLegs healthy]]".
** Among pro-heroines, [[HotTeacher Midnight]] is DressedLikeADominatrix to go with her BDSM motif. There's also [[SizeShifter Mount Lady]], whose costume has skin-colored areas and [[MaleGaze highlights her rear.]] And the two end up getting into a CatFight.

** While Misato Katsuragi is not the only source of fanservice in this series, she embodies this trope so well that she even makes jokes about it in the voiceover for several of the series' {{Post Episode Trailer}}s.

Most fans looked past that to see if not just a full on woobie then to see how utterly selfless she is, her warmth underneath that cold exterior, and attribute positive qualities to her that are not shown on screen. After the original work Rei's creepiness was toned down and her despite everything being caring, moral, was toned up, something of a FanservicePack for personality.
* Kou of ''Manga/NewGame''. Not only is she frequently in her panties but the Anime delights in long detailed shots of her ass.
