A woman is slapped by her husband; he later beats her though this occurs off-screen, and we only hear the abuse. A pregnant woman trips and miscarries, getting covered in blood. A woman intentionally overdoses on drugs and dies; there's a lingering shot on her dead body.[[/note]]
