Manga/WeddingPeach is a MagicalGirlWarrior manga and anime mixed-media project, centered around a wedding [[{{Motifs}} motif]] and overseen in both entities by Sukehiro Tomita, known for being a major writer on the ''Anime/SailorMoon'' series. The manga, created by Nao Yazawa, ran for 6 volumes; the anime by Creator/OLMIncorporated ran for 51 episodes. The series, particularly the anime, is often compared to ''Sailor Moon'' moreso than other MagicalGirl series, partially due to their shared writer and character designer.

* TwoPersonLoveTriangle: [[spoiler:Yuri]] has a bit of a minor crisis for a while between [[spoiler:Limone and Yanagiba]]. In the anime, it's because the former is [[spoiler:her lover in a past life]] while the latter is [[spoiler:a boy at school she has a crush on]]; in the manga, it's because she thinks they're both cute.

* CanonImmigrant: The Love Angels' outfits from the anime became their fighter outfits in Volume 3 as a reward for defeating Pluie.
** Donner's design was used for Jama-P in the anime, and Cloud, Blitz, and Noise were both seen in the Young Love manga spinoff and eventually seen in the anime as minions of Ignis.

** Justified. The girls' [[ThePowerOfFriendship bond as friends]] shields their identities from the devils.

* OldNewBorrowedAndBlue: The Saint Something Four/Sacred Four Somethings.

One day, Momoko is awakened as the "Love Angel" Wedding Peach, a warrior in the ancient battle against devils who serve their queen, [[BigBad Rain Devila]], who hopes to rid the world of love and spread hatred among humanity. Accompanied by Yuri and Hinagiku as fellow Love Angels Lily and Daisy and occasionally aided by high-ranking angel Sir Limone, she wields ThePowerOfLove granted to her by the goddess Aphrodite to ensure the happiness of love in the world - while working out her own [[BelligerentSexualTension complicated relationship]] with soccer team member Yosuke Fuuma and protecting a [[MementoMacGuffin ring left behind by her late mother]] that the devils seem to have an interest in. And although the fight initially centers around [[MonsterOfTheWeek solving love-related problems around town]] caused by devils, the ongoing war between the Angel and Devil Worlds turns out to have a lot more to do with her than she thinks...

** A [[spoiler:muffler]] plays a part late in the series after [[spoiler:Yosuke and Momoko start dating]], because it ends up being [[spoiler:what causes Yosuke's memories to return after he turns into Viento]].

* SecretKeeper: Initially it's just [[spoiler:Takuro]], whose run-ins with the devils means that he ultimately knows the girls' secrets but remains a supportive force nevertheless. [[spoiler:Eventually, after multiple attempts to keep him in the dark via memory wipe, Yousuke finds out for real.]]

* NoLovesIntersect: In the anime, [[spoiler:Yuri hooking up with Yanagiba/Limone]] is the final push that gets [[spoiler:Momoko and Yousuke]] and [[spoiler:Hinagiku and Takuro]] to stop [[{{Tsundere}} beating around the bush]] and start pursuing the relationships that the girls had put on hold because of their shallow belief in [[spoiler:their crush on Yanagiba]]. In the manga, it's the opposite; said two couples start drifting away from [[spoiler:Yanagiba]] as they develop, and [[spoiler:Yuri]], the only one left, ultimately hooks up with him for an entirely different reason.

* OfficialCouple: [[spoiler: Lily and Limone]] are first, since all they had to do was [[ReincarnationRomance recover pastlife memories / find their lover, respectively.]] Momoko and Yousuke first had to admit to themselves and then to each other, which took a while.

* {{Tsundere}}: Momoko's consistent reaction regarding her position with Yousuke is denial that she's into a jerk like him and that her feelings are for Yanagiba instead despite the fact [[EveryoneCanSeeIt everyone can see right through it]]. It takes her until the second season to realize what's actually going on. Download in the manga, where near the end of the Pluie arc she comes to terms with her real feelings regarding him and drops the Yanagiba issue thereafter, crossing more into WillTheyOrWontThey territory; she and Yousuke clearly have a mutual interest, but neither act on it to officially start dating.

* SpoilerOpening: The second opening of the anime technically spoils one of the plot character revelations not because of the animation but because of the song. At one point the singer sings [[spoiler:"angel" on Momoko's face and then "devil" on Yousuke's, promptly followed by him being kidnapped by Rain Devila thereby giving away his identity when no clues about it were ever given.]]

** Said opening also presents the endgame couples right to your face ([[spoiler:Momoko and Yousuke, Yuri and Yanagiba, and Hinagiku and Takuro]]). The case of the first had been blatantly obvious since the first season, but it's technically a spoiler for the second and third because [[spoiler:this is before the revelation of Yanagiba's identity and Limone's past with Lily, since up until that point Yanagiba had just been a very distant senior, and at the point in the story where the opening debuts Takuro hadn't had much interaction with Hinagiku since he'd mostly been crushing on Momoko (you might be able to have picked up the signs for Hinagiku if you were sufficiently GenreSavvy ''only'' if you were simultaneously following the manga)]].
