Manga/WeddingPeach is a MagicalGirlWarrior manga and anime mixed-media project, centered around a wedding [[{{Motifs}} motif]] and overseen in both entities by Sukehiro Tomita, known for being a major writer on the ''Anime/SailorMoon'' series. The manga, created by Nao Yazawa, ran for 6 volumes; the anime by Creator/OLMIncorporated ran for 51 episodes. The series, particularly the anime, is often compared to ''Sailor Moon'' moreso than other MagicalGirl series, partially due to their shared writer and character designer.

* RealLifeWritesThePlot: A lot of the manga's plot, despite ultimately being distinct from the anime, was written around its ability to tie into the anime; concepts like the "love wave" were only fully defined after they were formulated for the anime, and right after the first arc the angels' outfits change to reflect their anime designs. WordOfGod states that had the anime never been approved, the manga would have been a short one that ended with the Pluie arc and the reveals of [[spoiler:Yousuke as Viento]] and [[spoiler:Yanagiba as Limone]] would have happened much earlier, hence why the foreshadowing for those is thick and there are traces of the story leading to a more final climax in that particular arc.

* PowerMakeover: After the Pluie arc in the manga, the girls' Fighter Angel outfits change to reflect what Limone refers to them as "Super Love Angels" ([[spoiler:it's also later shown to be the outfits they wore before reincarnating]]). The actual reason for this, however, is that the anime had finally been approved and the manga's designs were changed to match it. As a result, it's an odd take on the FrillyUpgrade, as the designs are more detailed but with less emphasis on frilly fabric and more of a "warrior" theme.
