Some time after the end of ''Double'', and the collapse of Museum, more Dopants keep popping up in Fuuto, the windy city. While on a case to find a strange thief, Shotaro Hidari finds an amnesiac young woman, Tokime, who appears linked to the new Dopants. What’s more, a strange man known as Yukiji Bandou appears to be leading a group of Dopants in his own “City”. Using their powers, Shotaro and Philip will have to find the secrets behind Tokime’s identity, while keeping Fuuto safe from this new menace.

While on investigating a case to find a series of strange thief, robberies, Shotaro Hidari finds an amnesiac young woman, Tokime, who appears linked to the new Dopants. What’s more, dealers. Their leader, a strange man known as Yukiji Bandou appears to be leading a group of Dopants in Bandou, is creating his own “City”."city" parallel to Fuuto, to be inhabited only by the greatest of Dopants. Using their powers, Shotaro and Philip will have to find the secrets behind Tokime’s identity, while keeping Fuuto safe from this new menace.
