Some time after the end of Double, and the collapse of Museum, more Dopants keep popping up in Fuuto, the windy city. While on a case to find a strange thief, Shotaro Hidari finds an amnesiac young woman, Tokime, who appears linked to the new Dopants. What’s more, a strange man known as Yukiji Bandou appears to be leading a group of Dopants in his own “City”. Using their powers, Shotaro and Philip will have to find the secrets behind Tokime’s identity, while keeping Fuuto safe from this new menace.

!!Now, Count up your Tropes!
* BadassBiker: Shotaro, as he was in W. This is especially given attention in the anime’s trailer.
* BigBad: Yukiji Bandou, the Aurora Dopant.
* BigCreepyCrawlies: The Meganeura Dopant. After being upgraded, it becomes able to summon bugs to infest everything around it.
* BitchInSheepsClothing:
** Chuta Tsubosaki, the first new client of the series, also happens to be the Toadstool Dopant. He didn’t want his bag back just because it was his; he wanted it because his Memory was inside.
** The entire Chujo family, who all call upon Shotaro to find the patriarch’s cat Ciao under the pretense of wanting to take care of it, when all they really cared about was her collar, and the jewel that came with it.
* BrainsAndBrawn: Philip and Shotaro, respectively. With the arrival of Tokime, she adds in Beauty to the trio.
* CatGirl: Quite literally, with the Caracal Dopant.
* CheatersNeverProsper: “Murder”, real name Mitsuo Mihara, the Meganeura Dopant, was a Freelance journalist and gamer who cheated at Monster El-Dorado, and was shown up by Meg. This ends up being his motivation to kill her.
* GentleGiantSauropod: Thoroughly averted with the Brachiosaurus Dopant, who appears to be Bandou’s Brute.
* GreenEyedMonster: Koizumi, one of the workers at Maxsoft, is secretly jealous of Meg’s unwanted spotlight, to the point of relaying information to Murder, the Meganeura Dopant.
* HappilyMarried: Akiko and Ryu, even if it’s not obvious to outsiders.
* LivingADoubleLife: Meg Kazamatsuri, the idol of the game Monster El-Dorado, is actually Monako Moriguchi, the introverted lead programmer of the very same game.
* ImAHumanitarian: The Road Dopant, whose powers require a loooooot of fuel.
* MakeMeWannaShout: The Scream Dopant, one of Bandou’s lieutenants.
* MysteriousWoman: Tokime.

* PoisonousPerson: Presumably, the Toadstool Dopant, although it’s only seen in a flashback.
* ShowWithinAShow: Well, video-game within a manga/anime, but Monster El-Dorado, or just "Mon-Rado" for short, by Maxsoft, is central to the second arc.
* WintryAuroralSky: The Aurora Dopant is based on this. Perplexingly, his power appears to be to disintegrate people with a touch.
