** The "Yuu" in "Yuuko" means "Dusk/Evening", and "ko" is a common suffix for girl's names -- hence the English title of "Dusk Maiden".

** In the first chapter, Teiichi doesn't quite believe Yuuko is a ghost, so he reaches out to grasp her shoulder, reasoning that a ghost will be insubstantial. That's just when she turns to face him, though, so he gets a handful of '''quite''' substantial breast. Yuuko is totally unfazed by this (see ShamelessFanserviceGirl). She even jokes about it. ''"I suppose these tend to be quite the temptation."''

* ThroughHisStomach: In one of the early chapters, Yuuko is shown feeding Teiichi from a bento. On the next page, she pulls him down onto her LapPillow. He's a bit weirded out by this because Yuuko, although very good-looking and ''[[BuxomIsBetter built]]'', has been dead for something like fifty years.
