** In episode 23, Tatsumi remembers Susanoo telling him that everything they fight has a weak point somewhere. He utilizes this to attack the Emperor's weak spot to help put a stop to his incessant BeamSpam which was killing a lot of civilians.

* AmusingInjuries: In episode 9, Mine sees Lubbock and Tatsumi doing pushups with Leonne and Akame sitting on top of them. They state that they want to become stronger, and Leonne mentions Lubbock's only done half as many pushups as Tatsumi has. ** Akame and Kurome's duel in episode 22 is interrupted by a Danger Beast that awakens during their fighting. They both stop fighting each other to deal with the creature, and as soon as it's dead, they go right back to fighting each other.



* GetAHoldOfYourselfMan: Tatsumi is punched by Bulat in episode 6 when he vows revenge for his friend's death, [[spoiler:Sheele]] at the hands of Seryu. He is told that simply charging in for vengeance is only going to increase the body count. Bulat also reminds him that he was told they could die at any time. However, Tatsumi ends up intercepting him, and Wave learns that Kurome wants to finish this fight on her own, or else she would never be able to move on. He obliges and ends up watching the fight along with Tatsumi. [[spoiler:And in the end, Kurome is killed by Akame. She then gives her sister's body to Wave for a proper burial.]]

[[spoiler:The trope comes into play when the woman manages to stab Lubbock in the back while he had the upper hand in the fight and once again asks for her parents to be freed from jail right before she dies. Syura then laughs and says her parents died some time ago in jail, before attempting to banish Lubbock into a different dimension.]]
