They have powerful gods on their side and I will not kill any man with friends of that sort."

* State Alchemists in ''{{Manga/FullmetalAlchemist}}'' are the best of the best when it comes to alchemy. They're almost all practitioners of highly specific types of alchemy and have to pass a yearly test to make sure that they are still skilled enough to stay. Edward Elric and Shou Tucker were explicitly instated because they have done something that no one else has ever seen with alchemy.
