* From ''Franchise/{{Anpanman}}'', Dokinchan, Baikinman's second-in-command, has a (very large and very obvious) crush on Shokupanman, one of the members of the breadheaded superhero team. He's a bit too conceited to notice her crush, though he treats her with a level of kindness that he doesn't show any of the other villains...besides Dokinchan's little sister, Kokinchan, who ALSO has a crush on Shokupanman (though hers is a bit more of a childish one, and she's treated as less of a villain by most of the cast).

* While Slan of the Godhand in ''Manga/{{Berserk}}'' is probably incapable of feeling real love (being a GodOfEvil and all), she does want to make Guts her personal sex-toy and got genuinely pissy when Skull Knight interrupted her.
** Similarly the unnamed female Apostle was greatly enjoying having sex with Guts and attempted to eat him before Guts took her OutWithABang.

* [[ImprobablyFemaleCast In some circumstances]] villainesses want heroines as well. While [[LesYay its exact nature is to be discussed]], Kyoko, the closest person ''Anime/PuellaMagiMadokaMagica'' had for a villain at the time, definitely had a thing for female KnightInShiningArmor wannabe Sayaka, and the latter's heroism and HonorBeforeReason tendencies seemed to play a big part in it.

** Ada isn’t the only one, as BERTHA from ''VideoGame/ResidentEvilOperationRaccoonCity'' has a soft spot for Leon and will join the player if you spare him.

** Creator/TaliaAlGhul takes the cake, on one instance trying to utterly destroy Batman, kill his "family" and ruin everything he'd ever worked for... because he wasn't paying attention to her.

** Played with [[spoiler: in regard to Pudding and Sanji, she thinks he's pathetic at first and has no qualm in killing him but when Sanji compliments TheThirdEye she has, Pudding some VillainousBSOD and [[SplitPersonality alternates]] between being in love with Sanji and trying to kill him. In the end, her attraction to him [[LoveRedeems brings out the good in her]], though she deems herself unworthy of his affections and gives him FalseMemories so he won't remember her love for him]].

* Esdeath from ''Manga/AkameGaKill'' is madly in love with TheHero Tatsumi.

* Dark example in ''ComicBook/{{Invincible}}'' as DarkChick Anissa is attracted to protagonist Mark, stalking him multiple times and saying she wants to reproduce with him to ensure Viltrumites survival (she finds normal human males repulsive) Mark, however, rejects her. [[spoiler: Which angers Anissa and causes her to attack Mark, smashing him down into a crater, pinning herself on top of him and raping him. Mark is of course horrified by the ordeal and the experience briefly [[HatesToBeTouched spoils]] his sexual relationship with his wife Eve, when Eve learns truth [[ViolentlyProtectiveGirlfriend she]] tries to [[RapeAndRevenge kill Anissa]] first chance she gets.]]

** In ''Series/{{Angel}}'' Season 2, it's shown that even as a soulless evil demon, Darla is still in love with the titular hero, Angel, despite his "filthy" soul. Even when he’s not in his SuperpoweredEvilSide form of Angelus, Darla still cares for him -- as Drusilla TheEmpath notes to Darla’s ire. It helps Angelus/Angel and Darla were [[OutlawCouple together]] for 200 years so feelings can’t just be swept aside so easily.

* ''WesternAnimation/StarWarsTheCloneWars'' features Miraj Scintel, the Queen of Separatist-aligned Zygerria, taking a liking to Anakin Skywalker posing as a smuggler to free many recently abducted slaves from her clutches, and, subsequently, after his ruse is discovered, takes Obi-Wan, Ahsoka and Rex as captive slaves, but promises to release them if he would become her lover and stay with her, believing she can control him. [[spoiler:Unfortunately, Count Dooku [[ShootTheDangerousMinion doesn't approve...]]]]

* In ''Franchise/TheLegendOfZelda'' spin-off ''VideoGame/HyruleWarriors'', [[BigBad Cia]] causes havoc solely because she's in love with Link and [[MurderTheHypotenuse Zelda out of the picture]] to have him all to herself.

* In ''ComicBookTheFurtherAdventuresOfIndianaJones'' #15, smitten PirateGirl Esmeralda Vasquez offers Dr. Jones the opportunity to join her crew of RuthlessModernPirates. When he declines her offer, she becomes a WomanScorned and has him subjected to a SandNecktie.

* In ''ComicBook/TraggAndTheSkyGods'', Keera--the first officer of the [[AlienInvasion Yargonian invaders]]--seriously has the hots for HandsomeHeroicCaveman Targg. This drives to attempt to [[MurderTheHypotenuse kill Tragg's mate Lorn]], and eventually to become a DefectorFromDecadence.
