Added DiffLines:

* ComicBook/RedRobin villain the Wanderer is definitely not wearing a bra under her very revealing outfit. For one thing any style of such an article of clothing would cover more of her breasts than what she uses as a shirt. It's indicated but never specified that she's not wearing anything under her shorts either.

* In the fourth Literature/Claudine book, Claudine and Anne (set around the 1900s), Anne is on holiday with someone who often wears very skimpy clothes. One day this friend comes down to the beach in a very decent, very opaque dress. Anne compliments on her on her modesty, and she explains that she had to wear something so opaque as she doesn't have a stitch of clothing on underneath.

* Another Morrigan, this one from VideoGame/DragonAgeOrigins, fits this quite well. Though it works out pretty strangely with the universal undergarments the game uses for undressed characters, as she ends up basically putting on a bra for sex scenes and covering more of her breasts up than her default outfit does. By her appearance in the third game she's acquired just enough extra material to justify her not being bare-chested every time the wind blows.

Given it's the look she had in her concept art, this may just be a result of the graphics update.

* In Skyrim, many of the female characters, most notably Aela, sport this trope. Unless of course you remove the armor from their dead bodies then some underclothing magically appears.

* Franchise/TheElderScrolls:
** In her appearances in both Morrowind and VideoGame/TheElderScrollsOnline, Tribunal deity Almalexia wears what amounts to a strapless bra, pauldrons, and a fairly sheer loincloth. Fitting, given that she plays up the Hot Godess trope.
