Marge attempts to teach Ralph about sexual misconduct, but avoids explicitly naming which areas of the body people aren't supposed to touch, instead describing them as "special areas." He waxes eloquent on the subject of "peepee envy" as opposed to a woman's "balloons" and "where the babies come out, the woo woo." Even the other doctors go along with this, one asking a question about the developmental trauma of toilet training: "Are you referring to number one, or cocky-doodie?"
