** ''Technically'', biologically speaking, all gem weapons are this, since they're an extension of the HardLight that makes up the [[BizarreAlienBiology gem's physical form]]. However, only Bismuth gets the proper appearance of this trope.

* The MMO ''VideoGame/WarhammerOnline'' features a Chaos class called the Marauder, who can turn his arms into giant blades, maces, and claws. Too bad they removed the female version, which would had have so much FetishFuel (let's see: an evil, muscular woman that can turn her arm into stuff)

* Yaksha from ''{{Hero 108}}''.

** ComicBook/XMen villain ComicBook/{{Apocalypse}} can make anything from {{Battering Ram}}s and saw blades to EnergyWeapons from his arms. He uses his MasterOfYourDomain mutant ability to create them, but they get that techno-organic look thanks to his highly advanced Celestial PoweredArmor.

* ''Film/XMen'':

* [=PuP=] from ''VideoGame/AtlasReactor'' is a miniature RobotDog capable of morphing his heads and limbs into giant staple removers, cranes, rockets and snow plows to bite, batter and belay his opponents.

** ComicBook/XMen villain ComicBook/{{Apocalypse}} can make anything from {{Battering Ram}}s and saw blades to EnergyWeapons from his arms, which are part of his highly advanced Celestial PoweredArmor.

* Lord Dominator from ''WesternAnimation/WanderOverYonder'' can morph the gloves on her armor into any sort of weapon she desires, but usually sticks to just shooting blasts of lava [[spoiler:and icicles later on.]] In 'The Battle Royale', she contemplates about what one to use to make her grand entrance, but ends up settling for a MegatonPunch instead.

* Minor (if powerful) bad guy Bashaban from ''Fanfic/TheKeysStandAlone: The Soft World'', with his morphable liquid metal arms. (He's an {{Expy}} of the Titanium Titan from ElTigre.)

Others who are "limited" to only one alternate shape will use a PartialTransformation to unsheathe their claws (or [[CombatTentacles tentacles!]]) while still in human form.

* Black Rock Shooter / [[spoiler: Stella]], the titular character of the ''Franchise/BlackRockShooter'' franchise can change her Rock Cannon weapon into various forms, from the typical cannon to a katana, gattling gun, a huge sword, and a spectrum-laser-firing {{BFG}} as seen in the [[Anime/BlackRockShooter anime]].
** The offensive skills on the [[VideoGame/BlackRockShooter video game]] can change the equipped weapon into a homing-missile launcher, grenade launcher, hammer, chainsaw, and even a sniper rifle.
