This isn't as funny as it sounds as there's a danger of the person doing so passing out from internal hemorrhage or [[SpaceIsCold hypothermia]]. The workers normally have sticky balloons that float towards a breach and burst, sealing a crack and marking it so someone can come and weld it up, but the hole is too big in this case.
