* ''Film/BigBullet'' stars real-life brothers Jordan Chan and Rucco Chan as onscreen brothers. The former plays a cop and the latter plays the former's informant.

* The ending in the Japanese version of ''VideoGame/{{Metal Gear Solid 4|GunsOfThePatriots}}'' featured Creator/AkioOtsuka as Solid Snake and Creator/ChikaoOhtsuka as [[spoiler:Snake's father Big Boss]]. [[CreatorChosenCasting This was intentional]] on Creator/HideoKojima's part: Both men were estranged and had a distant relationship before ''[=MGS4=]'' went into development, so Kojima cast Chikao as [[spoiler:[[TimeShiftedActor the older incarnation of Big Boss]]]] in order to help father and son reconnect. Just as [[spoiler:Big Boss gives a FinalFirstHug to his cloned son as he and Solid Snake make peace after being bitter enemies for years]], [[RealitySubtext so too were Chikao and Akio able to reconcile while recording their lines]].

** Creator/CarrieFisher's daughter Creator/BillieLourd plays Lieutenant Connix alongside her mother reprising the role of Princess Leia, in both ''Film/TheForceAwakens'' and ''Film/TheLastJedi''.

** Martin's brother Joseph plays a minor role in ''Film/TheCaliforniaKid'' as the protagonist's murdered brother.

** Then there was the film ''Men At Work'', written by and starring Charlie Sheen and Emilio Estevez. They're not related in the film, however.

Can lead to some very interesting scenarios, including {{Actor Allusion}}s, or may lead to more RealitySubtext issues than the production was actually looking for. (In films, this element can often be played up by the promotional machine.) For a more Squick version, there is CastIncest, where the actors of characters who are blood-related go out in real life. The even ''squickier'' inversion is IncestuousCasting, where actors who play romantic partners on screen are blood-related in real life. It is also not unheard for a couple to be on opposite sides of an on-screen divide, making for some interesting DatingCatwoman scenes. BandOfRelatives shows it's common for musicians.

** Rebecca Romijn, who plays Number One on ''Star Trek: Strange New Worlds'', is married to Jerry O'Connell, who voices Commander Ransom on the animated show ''WesternAnimation/StarTrekLowerDecks''.

** They also voiced Akatsuki and Suzuran in ''LightNovel/KakuriyoBedAndBreakfastForSpirits'', who are brother and sister. Humorously, Yūma's character (Akatsuki) is the the older sibling of the pair.

* In ''LightNovel/HighSchoolDXD'', [[ChivalrousPervert Issei Hyodo]] is an unabashed HaremSeeker and CuteBruiser [[DefrostingIceQueen Koneko]] [[LittleMissSnarker Toujou]] is one of the many members of his BattleHarem. (And, as revealed in the ''EX'' novel, [[spoiler:they're married in the future]].) In June of 2019, their voice actors Creator/YuukiKaji and Creator/AyanaTaketatsu announced on their Website/{{Twitter}} accounts that they tied the knot, leading to an influx of fan art depicting Issei and Koneko in wedding attire. Even Miyama-Zero, the illustrator for the light novels, [[https://twitter.com/miyama0/status/1142805193752363014 congratulated the couple in the same manner.]]

* Japanese voice actors Creator/KenichiSuzumura and Creator/MaayaSakamoto are married, which makes their playing Shinn Asuka and Lunamaria Hawke in ''Anime/MobileSuitGundamSeedDestiny'' all the more interesting retroactively, considering the two characters end up in a relationship. They're also the voices of Haruhi and Hikaru from ''Manga/OuranHighSchoolHostClub,'' along with Shiki and Mikiya in ''LightNovel/TheGardenOfSinners''.

* A rare creator variant: Andrew Norriss' son John played Carol's son Ben during Series 4 and 5 of ''Series/TheBrittasEmpire''.

* For ''Film/TheManySaintsOfNewark'', a prequel film to ''Series/TheSopranos'', Creator/JamesGandolfini's son Creator/MichaelGandolfini plays young Tony Soprano.

** ''Film/AvengersEndgame'' has small roles for Joe Russo's daughters, with Ava as Hawkeye's daughter Lila, and Lia as a fan of the Hulk.

* The ''WesternAnimation/{{Cars}}'' franchise stars renowned former UsefulNotes/{{NASCAR}} driver Richard Petty as the voice of Strip "The King" Weathers, an anthropomorphic version of Petty's aerodynamic 1970 Plymouth Superbird. In the first movie, Strip's wife is voiced by Richard's late wife Lynda, a station wagon that brought the Petty family to the races in the 1970s. In ''WesternAnimation/Cars3'', following Strip's retirement from racing, he has become crew chief to his nephew Cal, who is voiced by Richard Petty's son Kyle Petty.

* ''Manga/Hunter×Hunter'' features Creator/MegumiHan (as the protagonist Gon) and her real-life mother Creator/KeikoHan (as Gon's aunt Mito).

** John [=McIntire=] and Jeanette Nolan, who played Harry Cragen and Sophia Pavlon in "To Tell the Truth", were married in real life.

* ''Series/WalkerTexasRanger'': Many of Creator/ChuckNorris' family members have been very involved throughout the series, but having a younger relative being cast in Season 9's "[[Recap/WalkerTexasRangerS9E9ChildOfHope Child of Hope]]" is what really sets things apart. Max Parkins, the infant in Walker and Alex's care while Walker hunts down his father's killer, is played by [[Creator/ChuckNorris Chuck's]] grandson, Creator/MaxCarlosNorris, and Max's father, [[Creator/MichaelNorris Michael]], directed the episode.
