In general, female celebrities, too numerous to list (See the Film and Live-Action TV sections above again for some examples), are well known to have this effect on males. Here are some specifics:
* Creator/ScarlettJohansson reportedly had this effect on the film crew the first time she walked on the set of ''Film/IronMan2'' in her ComicBook/BlackWidow SpyCatsuit. She literally caused production to stop entirely for several minutes and the cast and crew could only stare at her.
* Judith Ridley who played Judy in the original ''Film/NightOfTheLivingDead1968'' enchanted the filmmakers so much with her beauty and photogenic-ness, that they created the character just to put her in the film.
* Rachel Stevens of Music/SClub7. She was the only member of the band that didn't have to audition to get in. She was spotted in her modelling agency and asked to come into the studio to record a demo tape. She found out she had been accepted within two weeks while the rest of the group weren't chosen until after about six months of auditions. It's no wonder Rachel was promoted as the GirlNextDoor and MsFanservice simultaneously. Of course it probably helped that the girl could actually sing but still...

* At the start of ''Anime/KillLaKill'' most of the characters [[EvenTheGirlsWantHer including Mako]] really like Ryuko and gained number of fans from the Academy despite that most of them were working for Satsuki.
** Nonon Jakuzure is also this to an extent. Even in pre-school she had a number of boys who liked her, she has lots of males supporting her when she fights Ryuko and she's the only other character to get hit by lots of perverts in her [[{{Stripperiffic}} Nudist Beach outfit]] with the only other one being Ryuko.
