Tom Servo immediately starts speaking in German, apparently greeting it good morning and offering a cigarette. It's highly possible that Servo's puppet wrangler, Kevin Murphy, is fluent in German.

* Justified in ''Webcomic/KiwiBlitz'', as the main character and her father are both from Germany.:

** In the aptly named episode "The Yips", [[TheCameo Heidi Klum]] (who in RealLife is indeed a German native speaker) translates "yips" (the condition Barney has which renders him utterly incapable of flirting) with "Ach du meine Güte, gar nichts klappt mehr... [unintelligible]". The intelligible part means "Oh my goodness, nothing works anymore...", which is grammatically a whole sentence, although Heidi says it so fast that non-German speakers may be forgiven for assuming that it's one of those ridiculously long compound words.

* ComicBook/SavageDragon gives us Brainiape, who is of course [[spoiler: UsefulNotes/AdolfHitler's disembodied brain in a glass bowl on top of an ape body]] with zome of ze worst violence ever visted on ze German sprache in a bildergeschichte.

** In the book "Masters of Doom", which chronicles the history of developers id games up to ''VideoGame/QuakeIIIArena'', John Romero is described as screaming ridiculous German lines into a microphone for later implementation while ''VideoGame/Wolfenstein3D'' was being developed.

* Apoptygma Berzerk, who are Norwegian, have an EP titled ''Nein danke!'', which is ostensibly German for "no thanks".

* ''N' Verlore Verstand'', right there in the title. Especially egregrious as it's [[{{Narm}} hilariously]] [[YouNoTakeCandle butchered]], too. While the context of "[[SanitySlippage den Verstand verlieren = losing your mind/sanity]]" is clear, what the heck were they thinking on writing it like that? The closest way to make any sense of the phrase is "''ein'' verlore''ner'' Verstand" = "a lost sanity", the "n'" in the title is completely unnecessary, outside of making the game [[TotallyRadical sound cool]].
