** In "Trailer Park", Ethel tried cutting off BoDean's fingers to force him to give up Bobby's location. Though of course Ethel didn't bring her own knife, and she finds BoDean only has plastic knives. BoDean "assures" he has plastic spoons too.

Subverted with Gibson's bodyguards, who are shown tying pieces of string around their pinky fingers in clear anticipation of having them cut off for failing their duties. The boss simply has them both shot in the back of the head instead.
