* ''Fanfic/AbraxasHrodvitnon'': A couple cases in the style of ''Film/TheThing'' occur when it comes to [[TheAssimilator the Many]]: [=MaNi=]/Elder Brother has the fused-together remnants of his Skullcrawler host's mouth forming his rudimentary body's sternum, and [[spoiler:Keizer Ghidorah]] has a giant, vertical mouth with teeth in its chest.

On the surface it merely appears as an [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking ugly, fat and nude]] female vampire creature before it's revealed its bulging gut hides a monstrous shark-like mouth within. This vampire is briefly seen before it gets killed, but the scene in which it actually uses its Belly Mouth was cut. Only with the more lethal and gruesome function of [[DeletedScene biting off and devouring the victim's head]].

** In ''Film/TheThing2011'', one Thing diagonally opens its rib cage into a snapping mouth while attempting to kill a female protagonist.
* Combined with NestedMouths in 2015's ''Film/Thirst2015'', in which the vaguely centaur-shaped alien has a LampreyMouth on an extensible tendril that shoots out of its upper torso's belly.

* Combined with VaginaDentata in ''Film/{{Videodrome}}'', where the protagonist, Max, gets a vagina-like slit in his abdomen, which occasionally swallows things whole.
