* The Archduchy of Crius in ''Literature/LucifersStar'' is a DownplayedTrope example of this as they're meant to have some fascist elements in order to make them ObviouslyEvil to the rest of the galaxy but they're actually more akin to WW1 Germans and a FeudalFuture group. Nevertheless, characters in-universe make comparisons due to their unchecked militarism and lust for conquest.

* VideoGame/{{Piratez}}: Taken to a comical extent with the Humanist faction, a human-supremacist group that holds mutant pogroms, dresses in what looks like Nazi uniforms, inexplicably wields World War II-era German weaponry, and flies ships shaped like ''giant swastikas''.

Added DiffLines:

* The cat empire from ''VideoGame/ShadowOfTheWoolBall''. As the game takes a lot of inspiration from ''VideoGame/Wolfenstein3D'', there are occasional blatant references to Nazism—in particular the red banners with a black symbol in a white circle, and the officer cats who wear all black and speak in faux-German.

* The Reapers in ''VideoGame/MassEffect3''. The Codex details how people are rounded up and placed into death camps where they await eventual extermination depending on whether Reapers see them fit to be melted down as construction material, or mutilated into zombie mooks. [[spoiler:It turns out the ''thing'' perpetrating this is a glitched AI using faulty reasoning to do what it was programmed - preserve organics at any costs. "Preserve organics" in this case being "kill as many as possible and use their corpses as living ships". The fact that the game ends with you having to surrender to the machinations of the unrepentant perpetrator of these horrific crimes is part of what contributed to the [[InternetBackdraft ending controversy]].]]

* In ''Franchise/StarCraft'', the United Powers League, forerunner to the United Earth Directorate, definitely invoked images of the Nazis, only more successful. Religion and unsanctioned languages were erased from existence to make way for the "divinity of mankind" while the "impure" members of humanity - 400 million cyborgs, mutants, and criminals - were either executed or used in experiments.

** Unfortunately, by the events of ''VideoGame/{{Fallout 4}}'', the Eastern Brotherhood of Steel have not just forgotten but purposefully buried the altruistic and humanitarian ideals pushed by Owyn Lyons and his daughter Sarah (who they say were too soft) and become... Well, let's just say it is a trifle odd that your induction exam isn't really concerned with your physical health and psychological stability, instead asking you strange questions like if you've ever been exposed to large amounts of radiation (which is how Ghouls come about), if you've ever had sex with a non-human, or if you'd ever hesitate to kill any enemy of the Brotherhood.

The ''Agents of HYDRA''/''Framework'' arc has them in full force, however, having taken over the United States on an anti-Inhumans party line... and pulling no stops on the "racial purity" issue, as a result.
