** CuteBruiser: Claire Xiǎotùzi. She's a skilled martial artist, and can use qi to enhance her strength, borrow additional power from others, and even cause random spasms in opponents if she can stay focused enough.
** TheBigGuy: Gang Xiǎotùzi. He's the strongest melee fighter of the team, possessing all the same skills as Claire, but is far more adept than her. He was quickly traded to First Squad for Cory, as they needed the extra muscle for a dangerous mission.
** CombatMedic: Percy Pine. He's a trained medic who was once trying to become a doctor, and can use his spines for acupressure, but he doesn't shy away from combat, usually using his spines like darts.
** TheSmartGirl / TheEngineer: Katrina Tora. She mostly specializes in vehicle maintenance and driving, though she's also a swift and adaptive fighter.
** TheHeart / TheSmartGirl: Tracy Moufette. She's the team chemist, having created a lotion that's applied to their claws and helps kill foreign agents like the Hairless infection, and also makes other explosives and ointments. She's also a great shot with a pistol, but refuses to kill.
** DesignatedPointMan / {{Ninja}}: Jacob Vesp. As the only Avian on the team, he usually flies ahead for reconnaissance. His trademark weapons are shurikens.
** NewMeat / GadgeteerGenius: Cory Tófa. He replaces Gang early on, having just recently finished his training, and specializes mostly in weapons and equipment maintenance and management. He also is a decent driver and shot, despite his inexperience.

* TyrannosaurusRex: The Reptile Hairless greatly resembles one, albeit with razor sharp spikes protruding from its tail and down the back of its neck, and with long, scythe-like claws.
