It turns out [[spoiler:Sypha's dad was the one who put the request in the first place due to mistaking him for [[BoyfriendBlockingDad hitting on his daughter]]]], but nobody gets to know about it.

Lloyd figures they just have a very large lifeforce, and tortures Pazuzu for several minutes straight until he [[KilledOffForReal finally breaks apart]]. * SufficientlyAnalyzedMagic: Magic is commonplace and physical applications of different forms (Spellcasting, Ki, Enchantment, Taming, etc) are fairly well understood. Lloyd, however, gives each of them a strictly analytical approach, and realizing there's no theoretical limit how dense each of them can get, exponentially increases the amount and types of spells he can cast per minute.

* BlessedWithSuck: Norowares, those who are born with a unique magical ability. At first this sounds awesome, but there is one big flaw; this ability does ''[[AvertedTrope not]]'' come with [[InstantExpert knowledge on how said ability works]] or [[PowerIncontinence even how to properly control it]]. A Noroware has to study their ability extensively to even know the ''basics'' of their own power, struggling with control all the while. This gets exponentially worse if said power is particularly dangerous to either yourself or those around you (e.g. Ren's [[WalkingWasteland poison that continually emits from her]] or Crow's [[WordsCanBreakMyBones word magic that can trigger whenever he speaks]], leading him to become TheStoic to avoid harming his allies). The Assassin's Guild is made of Norowares whose powers made it seemingly impossible to have a normal life, becoming a dark guild out of necessity. [[spoiler:Fortunately for them, Lloyd helps to {{avert}} this trope by inscribing a PowerTattoo on each of them that grants them full control of their abilities at last, allowing them to finally have a chance at a normal life while also being able to use their magic to its full potential.]]

* FullFrontalAssault:
** Sylpha doesn't show concern for having her clothes torn and leaving her in her panties whilst fighting Pazuzu. Although this may also be her prioritizing the fight over modesty...
** [[PlayedForLaughs Done more comically]] with Lloyd during his fight against the Assassin's Guild. He ends up losing all his clothes below the waist and continues on unhindered. The Assassins [[LampshadeHanging lampshade]] his sudden nudity and lack of shame, though this also makes Lloyd look more creepy or unhinged.
