For starters, Terumi [[ItsAllAboutMe cares only about himself]] and is perfectly willing to ruin people's lives, up to and including for reasons as simple as [[EvilIsPetty pettiness]] or [[ForTheEvulz the evulz]]. He actually goes as far as to [[CardCarryingVillain gleefully relish in his complete lack of empathy]] and [[KickTheDog dog-kicking]] and [[MoralEventHorizon -raping]]. He's a textbook case of real-life Antisocial Personality Disorder.

** [[VideoGame/Bioshock2 Sofia Lamb]] has equal empathy for everyone -- individuals don't matter as anything but how they fit as the cogs of her ideal society.

* ''VideoGame/ReKuroi'': arie has a lack of care for most people and only befriended Kaito because she was interested in his magic. [[spoiler:When Noelle transforms into a monster, Marie only responds in a bored tone and mocks Kaito for failing to play his role. Later on, she states that she wants to work on a cure for Asha's condition not because she's invested in the latter's life, but for the sake of [[ForScience scientific curiosity]].]]

** Ganon, although it's debatable in ''VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaTheWindWaker'', where it is hinted that the reason why Ganondorf intended to invade Hyrule was for his race's survival and benefit. Somewhere on that path he strayed to TheDarkSide, and TheDarkSideWillMakeYouForget. After all, he wound up making things even worse for his race. This is what happens when [[VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaSkywardSword a guy embodying an ancient demon's death curse tries to help people]]. It gets worse in the timeline where he defeats the Hero of Time: According to the story in the manual for ''VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaALinkToThePast'', as soon as he laid eyes on the actual Triforce, he murdered all the Gerudos that came with him.
