** In ''Anime/MobileSuitGundamSEED'', [[GeneralRipper Patrick Zala]] is so incensed with firing the [[KillSat GENESIS]] on [[ApocalypseHow Earth]] and [[FinalSolution killing all the Naturals]] that he shoots lowly subordinate Ray Yuki for trying to talk him out of it. As he [[VillainousBreakdown screams at his subordinates to fire GENESIS in an apoplectic rage]], Ray pulls a gun of his own and [[DyingMomentOfAwesome fatally shoots Patrick]] InTheBack ''multiple times''.
** In ''Anime/MobileSuitGundamSEEDDestiny'', Yuna Roma Seiran drags Orb to the war with ZAFT forces by allying with [[DiabolicalMastermind Lord Djibril]], the most evil man on Earth. Unfortunately for Yuna, he later dies in the battle he started -- and [[HumiliationConga in a manner completely bereft of dignity]]; a [[EliteMooks GOUF Ignited]] literally falls out of the sky as he tries to escape arrest, and it lands right on Yuna, squashing him flat.

Louise herself, who committed atrocities in order to get to the point of killing Nena, [[KarmaHoudini gets the inversion of this trope]]: she ends up so messed-up that [[DeathSeeker she would rather die]], but instead lives in the end and must continue to struggle as TheAtoner.
*** [[HeroKiller Ali Al-Saachez]] dies at the hands of Lyle "Lockon Stratos" Dylandy, the twin younger brother of the original Lockon (Neil), whom Ali killed five years ago. The exact details of his death are even more ironic: his first on-screen kill was Michael Trinity, shot right through the heart with a lightning-fast quickdraw absolutely no one -- including Michael himself -- saw coming. When Lyle (''somewhat'' less revenge-driven than his brother) tries to give Ali a LastSecondChance, Ali taunts him over lowering his weapon and tries to quickdraw on him too... only for Lyle to out-quickdraw him and [[BoomHeadshot blow his brains out with a single headshot]], AndThereWasMuchRejoicing among the audience...
** In ''Anime/MobileSuitGundamTheWitchFromMercury'', Norea Du Noc shows how ruthless she is when she and her Lfrith Thorn blast an Asticassia student's Mobile Suit in the cockpit, vaporizing the pilot. Later, in Episode 20, a Dominicus Team pilot in a Beguir-Pente [[SnipingTheCockpit abruptly snipes her out of the sky]], incinerating her in an instant with a single shot.
* ''Manga/MariaNoDanzai'': Nozomu Okaya and his gang were a bunch of horrifying sociopathic kids that liked to inhumanly torture their classmates for fun, with one of their name victims being Kiritaka Nagare. After months of torture, Kiritaka is forced to jump onto a road because they threaten to post a pornographic video of his mother on the internet unless he jumps. Kiritaka Nagare dies from being hit by a truck, and the bullies are remorseless, only afraid that they will get into trouble if his death is connected to them. Two years later, Nozomu Okaya and his gang continued to destroy the lives of their classmates, but unknown to them, Kiritaka's mother, Mari Nagare, discovered the truth about her son's death and swore to avenge him by destroying Nozomu Okaya and his gang, she divorced her husband, changing her name to her maiden name, Maria Akeboshi, cut contact with her friends and workplace, got plastic surgery and got a job as a nurse at the school Nozomu Okaya and his gang go to. Mari plans not to get just revenge on Nozomu Okaya and his friends because, in her opinion, that would be too soft; she plans on giving them judgment by using their flaws, sins, and crimes to destroy them systematically, and when they're emotionally broken she would provide them with a death related to their sin and crime, and they die despairing karma deaths.
** Tsubasa Kowase was a scumbag that was obsessed with getting Nozomu Okaya's favor believing that by bribing him with money, he was his friend. He also has a habit of drowning his victims. In Kowase's spare time, he blackmails girls with embarrassing pictures to abuse them and exploit them for money. Eventually, Kowase gets proof that Nozomu doesn't care for him when he makes him angry, and Nozomu rejects him, trying to earn his favor with a bribe of money. Then, when Mari Nagare sent him a photo of him masturbating and blackmailed him for money, Kowase was horrified because he didn't have that kind of money and became paranoid that someone was after him. Eventually, Kowase believes one of his victims, Yajima, is blackmailing him, so he kidnaps her and attempts to drown her, but Mari Nagare saves Yajima; she knocks out Kowase, kidnaps him, and puts him in a drowning pit. Mari tells Kowase who she is and that she plans to kill him by drowning him but will give him a chance to free himself if he can guess his greatest sin. Kowase assumed that his greatest sin was Kiritaka's death, but then he remembered he didn't remember the month of Kiritaka's death. Kowase tried to free himself by cutting off his hand, but the blade was cut before it could get through the bone; Kowase died in horror as he drowned, and the last thing he saw was a picture of himself horrified. It is a fitting end to someone who likes to drown people and see them in horror. Another fitting thing about Kowase's death is that it's implied that he hates women and likes to exploit them; the person who killed him was a strong woman and the mother of one of his victims.
** Kumiru Shikimi is a heartless harpy obsessed with getting Nozomu Okaya's attention, believing she can get him to love her. She also likes to blackmail people and framed them for crimes she committed. For example, she framed Kiritaka Nagare for stealing her gym clothes to isolate him from their classmates, which worked. Later, it was shown that she would fake her age in a dating app so that she could manipulate vulnerable men into giving her money by blackmailing them by revealing her actual age; any men don't refuse to give in to her demands were brutalized by her thug Haruto Iijima. Mari Nagare rightfully believes that Shikimi viewed everyone else as a liar and traitor like she is herself, so she did her own frame-up of having Shikimi believe that one of her friends was trying to set her up; this exposed her as a liar to her classmate and isolated her from her friend group, with Mari warning her that if she keeps up her behavior, she'll end up alone. Shikimi, angry at Mari's words, gets her thug Iijima to attack Mari, but Mari turns the table on her when she seduces Iijima and later kidnaps Shikimi in her own home, drugs her, ties her up, and hangs her above a well. When Mari wakes Shikimi up, she reveals that Iijima has betrayed her. She'll drop Shikimi in the well unless she does what she says. Mari gives Shikimi the option of contacting anyone to ask for help as long as she doesn't provide direct details on where she is and her situation. Shikimi realized that she had no one to contact because of her previous actions, and she had never had a real conversation with Nozomu Okaya, the boy she was in love with. Shikimi considered contacting Nozomu to ask what his feelings for her were, realizing that he would get suspicious and probably rescue her; ultimately, she was too afraid of his answer and opted to contact Iijima despite him previously betraying her. Iijima refuses to help Shikimi, telling her to go to hell, and Mari reveals that she got to him by using a fake account to pretend to be Shikimi and badmouth him. Mari tells Shikimi that she is nothing but a selfish liar who has no faith in anyone, and no one believes in her. She is the one making herself a loner. Shikimi was completely broken at this point. As she fell into the well, she was eaten by insects. This a fitting fate for a selfish liar who likes to isolate people; she ends up isolated and alone because of her own actions and dies unloved and alone because she is too afraid to confront the truth about whether the guy she likes really likes her.
