* "The Caged Fury":
** Tarzan ''[[RelativeButton instantly]]'' going PapaWolf when [[EvilPoacher Merkus]] makes a subtle threat against the former's gorilla family.
** It's a small one but both Niels and Merkus [[PetTheDog keep their promise to Tarzan]] to stay away from his gorilla family. Yes, it's more out of pragmatism but they could've easily done something two-faced with the dynamite but chose to keep their word.
** When Tarzan is deep in thought on Tublat's impending departure, Jane comes to check up on him. He confesses that while he knows Tublat is ''not'' a friend, he doesn't deserve to be forcibly taken from his home or killed. Jane then correctly guesses that Tarzan is planning to rescue the captured ape. And while Jane also states the apes won't be happy, Tarzan sweetly states the same words she said earlier in the episode, "Sometimes a good deed is it's own reward". Jane then proudly states that Tarzan learned a lesson too well. And the couple share a kiss.
** While Terk is ''very'' upset about Tarzan's decision to rescue Tublat, she nonetheless goes with him to be his back-up.

* In the "The Poisoned River" two part episode, We see the friendship of Tarzan and Basuli begin here. At first they start out as enemies, but by seeing how they had a common cause and helped each other in their time of need, such as when Basuli's village was destroyed by an intentional fire by miners, and Tarzan selflessly helped a trapped child, they part ways for the time being as friends.

** In this same episode, Jane accidentally offended Waziri Tribe tradition and wished to make amends for it in their tradition, to which Chief Keewazi allows her the chance to do so, by cleaning an important landmark of their village. After she finished and asked if it was acceptable, Keewazi graciously accepted her apology.

* In "The Face From the Past", Tarzan confesses a secret he'd been keeping from Kala for twenty years - namely, that he started a fire that almost wiped out all the jungle - and that the mandrill Zutho had been using to Main/Blackmail him. Although disappointed that he never told her from the start, Kala completely forgives Tarzan for the event, simply happy that he finally got the secret off his chest. It ''really'' shows how much she loves and cares for Tarzan, even when he thought [[ItsAllMyFault he couldn't be forgiven for such a disaster]].
