** General Beckman provides a heartwarming moment of her own. Right after Chuck succeeded in securing Volkoff's arrest, Morgan arrives to tell Chuck that Ellie's having her baby. Chuck asks Beckman if he can borrow a jeep.
--->'''Beckman''': Agent Bartowski, you just arrested Alexi Volkoff, and obtained the Hydra Network we have spent the last twenty years searching for. ''(turns to a nearby lieutenant)'' Lieutenant, get this man a chopper!

* "Chuck Versus the Leftovers" is a very tense, dramatic episode. But it has a subtle moment of heartwarming from Stephen J. Bartowski. After finding one of Orion's computers in a past episode, Ellie has been working to crack it. The first password, a memory of a game she used to play with her father as a little girl. Then, when she solves a mental puzzle he specially made for her, she arrives at a second question, "1 or 11?" and doesn't know the answer to it. Chuck gets his hands on the computer later in the episode, and figures it out immediately. [[spoiler: "Aces, Charles."]] The first password was something only Ellie could figure out, the second something only Chuck could figure out. While it didn't end up happening that way, it's clear that what he intended was for the secrets of the laptop to only be uncovered one way: Ellie and Chuck working together. And what secret was contained in the laptop? [[spoiler: a brand-new Intersect.]] As his very last wish, what Stephen J. Bartowski wanted was for Ellie and Chuck to be happy together, and for Chuck to continue his spy work with his sister's blessing.

*** What really makes this heartwarming is that Casey implies with his parting words that he knows Chuck and Sarah are about to run off together. That would mean Chuck wouldn't be around to honor his original deal with Casey - to get him reinstated. Yet he comes clean anyway.

** Ellie rips Awesome, Morgan and Casey a new one for ending up in jail, then does a complete 180 when she hears it was because they were trying to help Chuck win Sarah back. The RousingSpeech she then gives to Chuck when he's about to quit on Sarah doubles as a CMOA:
---> '''Chuck''': I get it. I went too far.\\
'''Ellie''': You didn't go ''far enough'', Chuck! Sarah is special. I know it, you know it. If you love her, if she's the one, then you don't stop, you don't quit, you never go too far!

It then cuts to Sarah apologizing to Chuck about her dismissiveness when it came to Chuck's relationship with Morgan.

* In "Chuck Versus the [=DeLorean=]", Sarah's dad, conman Jack Burton, helps Team Bartowski pull off a 10-million-dollar heist, under the impression that they're fellow conmen. The initial "plan" is to split the prize in four - $2.5M to him, Sarah, Chuck and Casey each. [[spoiler: He then does what seems like a typical conman move by running with the whole prize. But then it turns out he dumped the whole sum into Chuck's personal account, because he figured Chuck wouldn't betray Sarah and run.]] So he wanted for Sarah to get the whole prize - including his ''own cut''.

** Morgan leaving Buy More is incredibly touching, showing how Big Mike truly does see him like a son. Even more heartwarming, at the end of the episode, when he tries to get his job back, Big Mike says nothing, turns away from him, and then as Morgan attempts to leave he turns back, holding Morgan's vest, and says this line.
--->'''Big Mike:''' I couldn't bear to put the offer out there. It's been waiting for you. Don't worry son. You can always come home.

* In "Chuck Versus the Seduction", Chuck receives advise on how to seduce a villainess from Roan Montgomery. Roan belittles Chuck's natural approach towards women, favoring his own more traditional, chauvinistic, heavily-reliant-on alcohol methods. Sarah is visibly annoyed, and suggests that Chuck just be himself and rely on his own natural charm and wit to get results. "It worked on me." she unhesitatingly encourages.
