* The Journal Manual from the first game is both heartwarming and creepy, since as you read it you see the Doctor becoming more and more attached to Alice, and you remember that he's been treating her for ten years. He's most definitely on her side for her to recover - but he does seem to like the idea of her remaining in the asylum all her life. It's effectively FlorenceNightingaleSyndrome.
