* Dante from ''Manga/BlackClover''. His innate magic is Body Magic, regenerating his flesh to heal himself. Thanks to hosting the high-ranking devil Lucifero, this power is incredibly boosted to the point he can't age, deteriorate, or die. He survives getting slashed through the chest and having his torso destroyed repeatedly, regenerating his body to become a distorted, muscled giant.

* ''Manga/JujutsuKaisen'': Reverse Cursed Technique is an application of cursed energy manipulation that takes cursed energy, multiplies it by itself and turns it into positive energy, becoming energy capable of creating rather than destroying (as a consequence, RCT requires double the output of cursed energy). This ability by itself usually translates to healing injuries, but only for sorcerers; because cursed spirits are already made of cursed energy, they do not need RCT to do so (not that all of them can heal themselves, either). Regardless, although RCT sounds simple on paper, it is in fact incredibly complex for most sorcerers, and even if they can pull it off they are only capable of either healing others or healing themselves. The most skilled users of RCT can even [[spoiler:restore their burnt-out cursed technique after [[DomainHolder expanding their Domain]] by healing the section of their brain where the technique's information is stored, although doing this too many times in a row runs a severe risk of [[CastFromHitPoints incurring brain damage]]]].

* ''Anime/PuellaMagiMadokaMagica'': Sayaka gets this, as a result of her wish involving healing. While all magical girls have some degree of enhanced healing, Sayaka can do it much faster and more thorough. In the original anime alone, she is hit hard enough to break every bone in her body and later completely eviscerated, but gets up a few seconds later. In various spin-offs, it's shown that she can heal broken or even lost limbs in less than a second or survive lethal injuries like having her heart ripped out. It's indicated implied that they can all do this with healing magic, but Sayaka is probably the best at it.nothing short of destroying her Soul Gem could actually kill her for good.

Added Andy from Undead Unluck, whose Healing Factor is his main power.

Added DiffLines:

* The titular Undead of ''Manga/UndeadUnluck'', AKA Andy, has one of the strongest and most versatile healing factors in fiction. His Negator ability [[CompleteImmortality negates his own death]], including any injury that would bring him closer to death. This means he can regenerate from any injury in seconds, in addition to being Ageless. The sheer speed of this regeneration is also what gives Andy his main offensive moves, as he can use his regeneration to shoot his own body parts at people. In order to do so he first needs to slice partway through the body part, and then grow a brand new one to launch it. He can also fire HighPressureBlood strong enough to slice through an entire skyline, create duplicates by generating entire new bodies from each body part, and perform [[IaijutsuPractitioner Iaijutsu using his own body as the sheath]]. His healing factor is so powerful he even [[spoiler:lives through the apocalypse and rebirth of the universe. ''Multiple times''.]]

* In ''Manga/DragonBall'', Namekians like Piccolo regenerate as long as their vital organs are intact. The later villains in ''Z'' have even greater regeneration abilities: Cell can regenerate FromASingleCell thanks to [[LEGOGenetics having]] both Piccolo's regeneration and Freeza's [[OnlyAFleshWound ridiculous durability]], while Majin Buu can regenerate after ''being reduced to vapour'' (due to being a very ancient being of magic.) In fact, regenerators like Cell and Buu get maimed so often that it's pretty blatant that the creators are just looking for opportunities to show off their self-healing abilities.
* From ''Anime/DragonBallSuper'', out of the two {{Arc Villain}}s of [[EvilKnockoff Goku Black]] and [[GodIsEvil Zamasu]], Zamasu's fighting gimmick is that a wish for CompleteImmortality made him [[NighInvulnerability nearly indestructible]] and had this trope fill in for where he wasn't. Later [[FusionDance the two fused]] into a new entity called Merged Zamasu, with the intent of having Zamasu's immortality and Black's seemingly endless potential. The consequences of this are different between the anime and manga:
** In the anime, things go awry due to Merged Zamasu [[OxymoronicBeing being simultaneously mortal and immortal]] (combined with Black's biology attempting to [[CameBackStrong improve damaged body parts]] while Zamasu's immortality attempts to revert them to their original state). Not only is Merged Zamasu killable, but healing from damage causes him to [[BodyHorror become increasingly mutated and deformed]]. Unfortunately, killing him [[OutOfTheFryingPan turns out to actually make things worse]], as Zamasu's immortality continuously attempting to "heal" his disembodied spirit causes it to become an infinitely-expanding EldritchAbomination.
** In the manga, Merged Zamasu's fusion [[HourOfPower has a 1-hour time limit]], but while fused he repeatedly has parts of his body destroyed and regenerated. Combined with the villains' exceptionally high compatibility [[spoiler:due to Goku Black being a Zamasu from another timeline]], this results in his HealingFactor interpreting the end of the fusion as damage, causing Goku Black and Zamasu to ''heal into two Merged Zamasus''. Worse, it soon turns out that this development isn't a one-off, and splitting either of the Merged Zamasus' bodies apart will now result in each piece regenerating into a new Merged Zamasu.
