* While Sandman's desperate yearning for getting some sleep himself is understandable, doesn't it come off as quite narrow-minded from him to think, that everyone has to sleep at night? What about people whose job requires them to work at night?

* The titular Sandman is a scientist, an inventor, a GadgeteerGenius in fact. Couldn't he just construct some ''automated mechanism'' to distribute ''sleeping sand'' to the appropriate Earth region which requires it? It would save him much more trouble than [[CutLexLuthorACheck freezing time and inventing eternal sleeping sand]].
