##Another reason why they changed the name is prolly because of association. I mean, they don't own the name "Yoshi" either but, if you searched the name up, the first things that's gonna pop up are Nitendo's properties (if you're usin' Bing, anyways), so, that'd mean Black Yoshi would have to get name changed, even though his puppet incarnation doesn't look anything like the plushy.
