* Since the Living Laser appeared to have reformed after his resurrection. Why didn't Arthur show up during the series finale to help fight off the Makluan's? His power over electricity would probably have been pretty useful in fighting the alien invasion.

*Not really a plot headscratcher, but a character one that has always kind of bugged me. Why does the American Maria Hill have a Russian-esque accent while the (usually) Russian Black Widow have perfect American accent? Did their actresses swap roles at some point but not switch that one part?

** It was made clear that the whole creation of a zombie virus was treated in universe as insane, Hammer is the embodiment of PsychopathicManchild and was in the middle of a VilainousBreakdown, he wasn't exactly reasonable.
* Why did the first Crimson Dynamo armor have a flame thrower? Wouldn't that be impractical in space? For that matter, why is he called the Crimson Dynamo when the suit is white?

** Bruce probably told Rick to hide somewhere since General Ross is on their tail and is getting very relentless.

** It wasn't just the cost, Iron Monger was AwesomeButImpractical, it was better than A tank, but is it's destructive capability really the equal or superior to the fleet of tanks that they could buy with that money?

** The issue is that Tony can't reveal his identity. Otherwise he could easily contest Stane and Hammer's claims to any of his armor designs patent or no, which would stall any attempts by anyone to build those designs for years. Also, it's highly likely that there is several components of the armors that are already patented by Stark International, meaning only Stane would be able to build them in their entirety even without that.

* What's with the whole "weapons are evil and wrong" thing? I mean, it's obviously a case of WriterOnBoard, but I mean, c'mon, this is ''way'' past the [[DoesntLikeGuns Guns are Evil]] attitude. The Iron Man suits ''are'' weapons, the police use ''weapons'', and almost ''anything'' could be ''used'' as a "weapon" (like, say, [[{{Daredevil}} Bullseye]] could pick up a spoon...). Anyhow, it seems pretty hypocritical of Tony, who specifically made ''weapon'' to use against Stane, who he was calling out for weaponizing the Earthmovers. And by the way, what kind of government who could afford the thing ''wouldn't'' jump at the opportunity to purchase huge, giant, walking towers that shoot lasers at people? What's more, Rhodey's dad is stated to be in the military; you'd think he'd be the type to call address this issue with Tony.

** Keep in mind that Hammer seems a little insane in this version.

* Why the hell would anyone make a zombie virus? What would you do with it?

* Seriously, where was Rick Jones during "Rage of the Hulk"? This show was the first time we've seen the classic Rick/Hulk friendship outside the comics in god knows how long, (since the 90's, I think) and then he just vanishes!

** However, heroes known to have been Avengers in other works, such as Hulk and Black Widow are in the show, and others like Captain America have been mentioned. There's also still a SHIELD that still acts as world police.

* How could the Masters of Evil be name-dropped? That team was created as the anti-Avengers in every continuity, and there's no hint of the Avengers existing in this series.
