** For Gill, it may be because that way, they couldn't find the pipes in time for the festival so people would still go to the carnival. For Claw, the other bullies may have either dared Claw to hide the pipes as well ([[FridgeBrilliance it would explain the flashlight]], or maybe they took the pipes themselves and hid them. For Horst, the pipes would've made the conch difficult to use as a hearing aid for his granny. And for Pierre, the conch shell may have looked better as a fashion accessory without the pipes. In fact, Rosie is the only one who may not have a good reason why she'd get rid of the pipes.

* In the second game, why, when guessing the culprit, is Luther talking but it’s Freddi’s voice heard? Freddi speaks first (after they choose the correct culprit) and then Luther speaks but it’s not his voice.

* In the fifth game: why does Clyde (the barber fish giving Mayor Marlin his makeover) close his eyes when he’s cutting the teeny tiny amount of the mayors fin (hair?) off? That does not seem safe, or like something a “professional” barber (barber fish) would do. Shouldn’t he be unafraid to cut the customers hair/fins? Also, why doesn’t the permission slip have a hole in the middle of it from when he shoved it onto his nose to read it before signing it and how is the permission slip the mayor signs not smudged from him wiping the ink off his nose (which he signed the paper with) before giving it back to Freddi? It shows up in your inventory looking unharmed.
Also in the 5th game: how does Kipper stay in business if she is so incredibly forgetful (the password for her computer in the “to do list” story path is her own fricking name!). She says, after Freddi brings back the correct trading card (that she bizarrely wrote her password on and then traded) that “too much taffy makes me daffy” or something like that. Maybe stop eating it?!? That might explain why she does not have any customers, besides Xamfear (in that story path).
** Also, how does she stay in business if the taffy is free?

* In the third game, why are the golden pipes hidden? Nadine the narwhal's the only one who explains why - she wanted to cover up her mistakes. However, the other characters only explain why they stole the conch shell. What's the point of using it for something if you don't have the golden pipes?
