* Billy himself. Anything funny about him, be it his energy or his drama, gives the viewers the best laughs!

* In "Irwin Gets a Clue" there's a scene where Hoss and Irwin are in the former's truck and since's he not paying attention to the road at all he ends up driving into WesternAnimation/{{Snagglepuss}}, WesternAnimation/{{Yogi|Bear}}, Boo-Boo, and WesternAnimation/HuckleberryHound. All of them except for the first one get caught on the windshield before flying off.

* "[[HalloweenSpecial Billy & Mandy’s Jacked-Up Halloween]]":

** Boogie's attempt to scare a teenage boy with piercings and zits. The boy goes downstairs to the fridge, only for Boogie's face to appear on the door.

* "Here Thar Be Dwarves". That is all. But to list some specifics:
** Billy goes on a picnic by himself, because Grim and Mandy refuse to go due to a previous incident.

** At the beginning Billy has made a huge mess in the kitchen to make one sandwich, one of the ingredients being a pink turtle that's still alive.
** Billy meeting and running away from a disheveled WesternAnimation/YogiBear. The best part is either when Boo-Boo comes out of the bushes revealing that he's now absolutely huge or when Yogi says he knows Billy is close and calls him dirty, to which Billy points out his last bath was just over two weeks ago.

** Pretty much the whole episode, really. ''Especially'' Billy switching one of his arms with the head of his cat Milkshakes and Mandy using the zipper on Sperg's belly to put Irwin inside him.
* In "Runaway Pants", when a muscular Irwin and Jr. race to the bus stop, Billy tries to join in, but since he's out of shape, after leaping forward [[EpicFail he becomes exhausted upon taking a single step]]:

** Billy and Harold driving through the supermarket's front wall, and discovering the Frosted Golden Apple Scraps boxes are huge. It then cuts to Harold mentioning it was a good thing he had that ball of twine to get the cereal home... so they could tie Billy to the car roof while shoving the cereal inside the car.

** Mandy gets the phoenix to move from Billy's head to Eris' head by flicking a Frosted Golden Apple Scrap into the gap in her teeth. It then carries her through the window of her office and collides into the background like a piece of fabric, causing the show to change to the end credits playing at double speed. It's then revealed that [[RecursiveCanon Billy, Mandy, Grim, and Thud were watching the whole episode on TV]].

** Grim tries to help the Wolfman, the Bride of Frankenstein, and Dracula scare Billy, Mandy, and the other kids by having them jump out of a bush, but they keep making too much noise and disrupt Grim's scary story, Grim having to make the excuse that he has to tinkle when he tries to get the elderly monsters to stay quiet. After his second tirade, Pud'n speculates that Grim is apologizing to the bush for peeing on it all the time.

** Grim's grandma complaining about being summoned to deliver her love potion and a box of chocolates.

** At the beginning of the episode, Billy's parents leave town (to go on their second honeymoon) on the same day that Principal Goodvibes is supposed to have dinner with them--and the whole reason that Goodvibes is having dinner with Billy and his family is so that Goodvibes can recommend Billy for Rollington Academy, which Billy claims is a school for gifted children. Harold, who admits that he (and Gladys) had completely forgotten about that, suggests that Billy build robot duplicates of himself and Gladys. Billy points out that he already did; cue flashback to giant robots of his parents GoneHorriblyWrong and vaporizing people downtown.

** The fact that [[TheDitz Billy, of all people,]] somehow managed to build fully-functioning giant robots, or that when he did build robot duplicates of his parents, he made them giant engines of destruction instead!

** Billy ''does'' get admitted to the Rollington Academy thanks to Goodvibes giving him a recommendation after Hoss threatens to beat him up. His original suggestion was that if Billy worked hard and focused on his studies, he could have a bright future as a medical test subject. The real clincher? It turns out that Rollington Academy is actually a ''military school''.

*** [[TooDumbToLive He]] also somehow made it to corporal before his execution, meaning the army's standards really are that low or the poor sap might have been going at it for a few years. Either explanation is hilarious.

* In "Ecto Cooler" when Billy consults Harold on having a spectral arm (which belongs to the ghost of Lord Byron) in his throat, he freaks out upon seeing it, then becomes an emotional wreck frantically asking how that could have happened to his son. Made more hilarious by the fact it's ridiculously out of character for him.
** Earlier in that same scene, Harold initially misinterprets what Billy’s trying to tell him as just puberty, and uncomfortably tries to give him TheTalk.

* The opening cutscene has Grim ask what kind of sicko would make them fight for their amusement. Immediately after he makes this statement, [[YouBastard Grim, Billy, and Mandy glare at the player]]. Billy's participation in glaring at the audience is especially funny when the game's ending reveals that he was the reason the Mojo Balls got out of Grim's trunk in the first place.

* The one who unleashed the Mojo Balls from Grim's trunk turns out to be Billy. His motivation for opening Grim's trunk and releasing all the Mojo Balls is that he wanted to free Moe and Joe.
* During the game's end credits, you take control of Mandy and beat up Billy. What's especially funny is that if you choose to leave Billy alone, he'll keep on yelling "Destroy us all" like he did in "Attack of the Clowns", and he won't shut up until you start hitting him or use Thor's Hammer or the flamethrower on him!

'''Grim''': That answers one question, yet raises so many others.\\

** When put into the Brainalyzer, Billy claims to think of a number between one and ten, which causes the machine to project an image of the number 23. After that, he claims to be thinking of an animal. The image projected then is of a carrot.

** Harold reaches his RageBreakingPoint with the viking that has taken Billy's place after the latter cuts off part of his hair (which had his brain in it).

** The scene where Pud'n runs in fear after seeing the skull from a biology skeleton in the toilet (Billy replaced the skeleton with Grim in an effort to cheat his way through a test, a plan which backfired horribly since it was a math test and he told Grim it was history, which is Grim's best subject). He runs straight into a janitor and they both tumble down the stairs. Later on, when he sees Nergal Jr. wrapping Ms. Butterbean in his tentacles, he runs into the janitor AGAIN (who now has a cast and bandages) despite the latter's obvious attempts to get away. Then they fall out the window... from the top floor...which gradually pans out and reveals the school is [[{{Bizarrchitecture}} located on a tall mesa overlooking a desert.]]
** To cheat his way through a test, Billy replaces the biology skeleton with Grim, who complains that Billy told him they were going to the morgue.

** Billy tries to win a challenge to get the armor off by challenging Irwin to a joust. Billy ends up flung into an outhouse where a woman runs out in terror, causing Billy to remark "I've seen things I shouldn't have".

* Several of the YourMom jokes in "Goodbling and the Hip-Hop-Opotamus" are pretty good.
** Yo mama's so stupid, she cheated off Billy's test!
** Yo mama's so ugly, she looked out the window and got arrested for mooning!
** Yo mama's so stupid, she sold her car for gas money!

** At the beginning, when Billy's parents are going out of town on the day Principal Goodvibes wants to see them, Harold suggests that Billy build robot duplicates of himself and Gladys. Billy points out that he already did; cue flashback to giant robots of his parents GoneHorriblyWrong and vaporizing people downtown.

The result? Billy ends up on a cross-country marathon, similar to the one performed by ''Film/ForrestGump''. He never figures out how to stop and is still running by the episode's end.

* The entirety of "Billy Idiot", a parody of ''Film/BillyElliot''. Billy reveals that it's his lifelong dream to become a great dancer, and he has been accepted into the prestigious Pollywinkle Dance Academy. However, Billy's dad opposes this, due to his own crushed dreams of dancer stardom. However, he relents, and drops Billy off at the academy, only for it to to turn out that the head mistress, Mrs. Pollywinkle, is a black witch who feeds off the souls of talented dancers. Billy's dad ends up facing off against her in a dance-off.

** Dean Toadblatt's new hillbilly personality, voice and design is priceless. Especially when a student notices the change and gets taken by some Agents.
