** Immediately after this confrontation, when Clark goes back to his apartment and undresses for bed while having a phone conversation with Lois, when his super-hearing catches an faint beeping coming from his apartment. He quickly discovers that it's a Bat-tracer, attached to his cape. A quick super-scan out his window reveals Batman watching him (with binoculars) from several rooftops away, which means Batman now knows his secret identity ''and'' where he lives. Batman tops off this awesome moment by ''saluting'' before he leaves. Bad. Ass.

** Cue Superman putting Mxy in charge of keeping a look on Bizarro on the alien planet he left him on, complete with being forced to put his fake city together so Bizarro will have a place to "protect" and getting mauled by Bizarro's vicious alien "dog". At the end, Superman is watching the whole thing from the Fortress of Solitude with the biggest, smuggest, most self-satisfied grin this side of {{Superdickery}}.

*** Even funnier? The whole reason Lois calls Clark is to gush about the fact she's going on a date with Bruce Wayne the next day. Clark is very surprised because "You were the one who compared him to garbage!" How does Lois end the call? "Well I'll let you count sheep or whatever you Kansas boys dream about."

** Also of note is that during the armor building sequence, it is revealed that Gsptlsnz does actually like Mxyzpltk and is trying to get his attention and break him out of his obsession (calling it "so three dimensional"), to his [[ObliviousToLove complete and utter ignorance]]. It gets to a point where she tries getting to him by snapping on various attractive outfits: college girl, flight attendant, bikini, high-school cheerleader, showdancer, the list goes on - pretty much every possible lewd getup this side of BDSM that can fit into a kids show -, to no avail. It culminates in her summoning a plate right above Mxyzpltk's to fall and shatter on his dome, and that still doesn't stop him from building his mecha.
