* A little while after Episode 2 release, Alvin-Earthworm released a reimagination of the fight between Metallix and Yoshi... as a StylisticSuck Website/GoAnimate [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7aXhXRjv4tA video]].

** [[DisasterDominoes One of the fallen Koopatrols lands into one of the cannons]], which fire into a Hammer Bro taking inventory, causing a crate of Bob-bombs to get free, and start blowing up within the workshop.

* When Metallix demands that Yoshi spit out the Chaos Emerald, Yoshi swallows it just like in the original. But then he proceeds to belch in Metallix's face. Even [[NotSoAboveItAll Metallix]] [[ActuallyPrettyFunny manages to chuckle at the act.]]

* The opening of Episode 3 is filled with a bunch of {{Slapstick}}, which is likely some of the only light-hearted fare in the Episode considering [[DarkAndTroubledPast what it will be touching upon]], but the jokes make for a comedic start. All of Bowser's minions are trying to build a bunch of airships, and none of them are good at their job. [[AmusingInjuries Incidents include]]:

** A Koopa trying to use a jackhammer, with much difficulty as it shakes them up and down while trying to use it.
** Another Hammer Bro trying to paint the ship green, only for the door to open and ends up painting a Koopatrol in the process.

** Just as an aside, Rawk's bragging might carry some weight now, considering he said he'd become the Champ again after Chapter 4 of Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door, and that he'd do it without cheating this time.

Super Mario Bos. Z is without a doubt a holder of the [[SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome awesome]], a wielder of the [[NightmareFuel horror]], and a bearer of [[SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments awws]] and [[TearJerker tears]]. Anything else we're missing here?...Oh right: it's also a champ at [[SugarWiki/FunnyMoments comedy]]. Being born of Mario + Sonic + Dragon Ball Z, what else were you really expecting?

** Sonic and [[Videogame/SuperMarioRPG Boshi]] reenact a scene from a Wile E. Coyote cartoon, with Sonic dashing on through and easily outspeeding the racing yoshi. Sonic even makes time to backtrack and throw a thumbs-up before resuming the search, leaving a thoroughly dumbfounded Boshi hold up a sign that reads "Yikes!"

* Most anything involving [[ThoseTwoBadGuys Wario and Waluigi]], particularly their antics in Episodes 6 and 7.

* Luigi playing charades to tell his friends what's happening to Yoshi. The noises he makes to convey it is comedy gold.

* When Metallix demands that Yoshi spit out the Chaos Emerald, Yoshi swallows it just like in the original. But then he proceeds to belch in Metallix's face. Even Metallix [[ActuallyPrettyFunny manages to laugh at the act.]]

* Wrapping up the rebooted first episode is a reenactment of Bowser's defeat. Bowser throw -> "So long-a/[[{{Mondegreen}} gay]] Bowser!" -> Luigi bidding the koopa king farewell -> [[WesternAnimation/TomAndJerry Bowser's scream]] -> CameraAbuse.

* When Eggman introduces himself to Bowser, he states that he had arrived with a proposal (of alliance). Bowser and Bowser Jr. misinterpret his word as proposal of ''marriage'', with Junior making "blech" face and Bowser rejecting it stating that Eggman is "not his type". Eggman himself [[ActuallyPrettyFunny found their misinterpretation hilarious]].

* In the beginning of Episode 7, Kamek gets scolded by Kammy Koopa (who is [[RelatedInTheAdaptation his mother in the series]]) for the fact that his room is ''[[GoodIsBadAndBadIsGood neat and tidy]]'', [[GoodIsBadAndBadIsGood and tells him to mess it up immediately.]]
