Miles reacts if he's been stabbed when the box is opened, and he has to say "This is fine" through a gritted smile.
* After hugging Miles, Gwen playfully bumps his arm and remarks that he must have hit a growth spurt, which is followed by her cringing at herself, apparently embarrassed by her own words. There's also the implication that she was clearly impressed with how much he had indeed grown and felt briefly flustered because of this.

* The tour of HQ involves Miles being shown the multitude of villainous variants imprisoned there. * When Miles finally arrives at the party, his spider-sense actually warns him about his parents being close-by, implying it will go off if they're pissed enough at him.

** When Jeff tries to say using his first name is not okay and gives his rank Gwen gives him an adorable little salute in response.

* Part of Miles' message that he tells the baker to write on the cake for his dad is, "I'm so proud of you today, and every day (mostly, LOL.)"

It's no wonder Earth 42 Rio can't help but snicker at this and tease "her" son about it, having no further context of the matter.

* When the Alchemax building starts to collapse Miles takes charges and tells Gwen and Hobie to holding the building back while he and Pavitr clear out civilians. Hobie agrees in his own inimitable manner.

* Once Spot realises Spider-Man has arrived, he ''does a little happy dance'' while exclaiming "This is real!"

* After hugging Miles, Gwen playfully bumps his arm and remarks that he must have hit a growth spurt, which is followed by her cringing at herself, apparently embarrassed by her own words.

* Rio returns Gwen's sweater to her and asks her in an uncomfortable voice "We found it in Miles' room, so... guess you must have ''been'' there, huh?" You can practically hear the accusatory tone from Rio wondering if this girl is fooling around with her son.
