** Sue, the female contestant, outright struggles the entire way. For the first question (which tried to convince her to name a person who had a big mouth to roast), she said “too many people”, followed by “First gear” for the question “I should have never married an auto mechanic. His sex drive is stuck in (blank)!”. She continues the process for a question where someone goes to the psychiatrist because their husband keeps going “up and down” because he thinks he is a (blank). She goes for See Saw. Gene outright ends it by saying how he can’t understand her at all.
* The other contestant, Charlie, wasn’t even immune and failed to score anything in the first two rounds. The first question, stating that winding a Rodney Rotten Doll would kick your (blank), gets the response of “big toe”, while the panel answered family members. The second question is just unlucky (asking what may surprise someone to see King Kong’s (blank) when playing baseball), as he responds “Ball” and nearly everyone went to say his bat.
** Even worse, Charles was the only one to match the contestants at all during the third and subsequent tiebreaker rounds. He even gives out a fanfare for both contestants in the former round which is a big relief for everyone seeing a disastrous performance from the contestants.

In one episode, Gene mentions that a picture of him with a rolled-up leg appeared in the ''New York Daily News'' and in ''TV Guide''. Then he turns back to give the clue to Charles Nelson Reilly... and Richard and Lee Meriwether roll up Gene's pantlegs while Betty puts on her best "Who, ''me?'' I'm an innocent little angel!" face. Gene walks out to reveal that ''both'' pantlegs are rolled up, and the audience loses it. [[https://youtu.be/8xCMjEzxgw0?si=7YeNoHNLsdpuc0Kn&t=480 The whole thing is as funny as it is ridiculous.]]
