* During her fight with Sachiel, Rei ends up landing a GroinAttack on him at one point, with Sachiel thinking to himself how his eyes would be bugging out if he actually had eyes. * A funny thing about Joseph in canon is, he only started his [[{{Catchphrase}} trademarked "OH MY GOD"]] when he was older during ''Stardust Crusaders''. But here he lets one off fifty years early when seeing Kars use a crack in a pillar to ambush Lisa Lisa.

* The flashback chapters mimic the ''Book of Circus'' from ''Manga/BlackButler'', which provides a hilarious moment in the first chapter. When Reinfelt dives under the table (thinking his men are about to shoot up Speedwagon's dining hall and kill everyone inside), instead of seeing his perspective and the scenario he imagines is happening, we see everyone else's perspective. Which means we're treated to a hilarious sight of a man diving under the table for seemingly no reason while stating that their hour is up.

* Poor, poor Nukesaku, no matter what universe he's in, he's always going to be the resident ButtMonkey of Stardust Crusaders. Not only does he end up being pummeled by both Star Platinum and Music in the Trees, he's also injected with venom thanks to some barbs from Fluttershy, stuffed into a sack and punted up the stairs leading to DIO's room, as well as being chopped up by DIO as he was in the middle of opening his master's casket.

** Adding on to the first point above, once Jotaro and Fluttershy are done with the guy, Jotaro holds him up and practically demands that he take the group to DIO. He complies, obviously, but before that happens, he asks how they knew his nickname was Loser. [[NotSoStoic The normally unflappable Jotaro can only look flabbergast upon hearing that.]]

* Vanilla Ice is flabbergasted when Jonathan, who is DIO's ArchEnemy, knows more about DIO than Ice himself. Especially since Ice had just seen through a sand copy of DIO... And it turned out to have been by ''accident''! One can only imagine the scenario if that had really been DIO and was struck by Ice.

* Poor Oingo goes through the ringer trying to aviod suffering an explosion in Jotaro's place (due to his Stand disguising him as Jotaro). Not to mention it almost sounds like Joseph, Polnareff, and Hol Horse are trolling him the entire time.

* During the fight with Esidisi, he tries to rattle Joseph with his own auditory trick like in canon, and Joseph... Just ignores it. This completely flummmoxes Esidisi, since he was certain he was getting inside Joseph's head, only for Joseph to point out that Twilight had taught him how to avoid his trick in case anyone else was clever enough to try it.

* When Enya, disguised as an old woman (keep in mind she's stopped her aging after ingesting DIO's blood), talks about how a ''James Bond'' movie was featured at her hotel twenty years ago... Fluttershy points out the only movie that would fit in that time frame, ''Film/TheSpyWhoLovedMe'', was made twenty-''one'' years ago (from 1988, the year the story takes place in) and didn't have any scenes in Pakistan. Enya sheepishly admits it was just a story she put on for the tourists.

* When Enya, disguised as an old woman (keep in mind she's stopped her aging after ingesting DIO's blood), talks about how a ''James Bond'' movie was featured at her hotel twenty years ago... * Once again, a [=JoJo=] villain's canon assertion is deconstructed by another character, Yoshikage in this case. In a case of delightful irony, the one to do so is Kakyoin, who just two stories had his own (admittedly brainwashing-inducing) ideology completely shut down.

* While Jonathan and Twilight are studying the Stone Mask, Twilight ends up getting distracted and starts rambling, only snapping out of it once she hears Jonathan crying out in distress. She ends up laughing once she sees the comical state her adoptive brother ended up in, while Jonathan asks why she didn't use her Stand to save him (it only works if she's looking at someone getting attacked, and even if she was, it doesn't work on accidents).
