* While preparing to begin the heist, everyone very nervously securing the cabin and setting up their IVs...and then just as nervously reclining their first-class seats.

* Saito buying out the whole airline in order to secure seats next to Fischer. The nonchalant way he says "[[ScrewTheRulesIHaveMoney It seemed neater]]" sells it, as if he's confused as to why they ''wouldn't'' think of that.

* Fischer's mildly annoyed but otherwise completely biase reaction to being kidnapped in a taxi:

** Made funnier by the fact that [[spoiler: Cobb ''does'' eventually "dream up a goddamn beach", but it quickly degenerates into a pure nightmare]].

** Made even funnier when a couple scenes later, Yusuf is examining the wallet and incredulously remarks, "Five hundred dollars, this cost."

* While Yusuf is driving the van, he manages to take out some of his pursuers and land the van upright after it is rammed off the road. He looks back and says gleefully "Did you see that?" to the dreamers...''aaand'' seeing that they're still fast asleep, then turns back to the wheel in disappointment.

* In the beginning where Saito rescues Dom in Mombasa, one of the guys is ready to fire his gun, but Saito opens his car door just by his side and casually knocks down the gunner. "Care for a lift, Mr. Cobb?"

** Also funny is that it's stopped raining by the time Ariadne and Arthur climb out of the water. Even if nothing unusual is shown after Yusuf wakes up, it was easy to imagine that it meant he had urinated himself mid-dream back on the plane.

* About half the things Eames does in the film. It's why he's the EnsembleDarkhorse for the film.
