* In ''VideoGame/CastlevaniaCircleOfTheMoon'', when the player approaches the boss arena for Adramelech, something particularly interesting happens. The door to the boss arena opens, and ''Hugh'' comes hurtling out, landing hard on the floor outside. No doubt this was intended to warn the players of how dangerous this boss would be (and anyone who's played the game knows Adramelech is no push-over), but the visual of Hugh's body sailing through the air like a ragdoll before landing in a crumpled heap, ''right'' after Nathan opened the door, can't ''not'' be seen as hilarious.

* In ''[[VideoGame/CastlevaniaHarmonyOfDespair Harmony of Despair]]'', there are several DLC characters that you must purchase to play as. If you play online with someone who's using a DLC character you don't have, they show up as... An ''Axe Armor.'' The limited animation fudged to convey complicated things can be gut-bustingly hilarious for the person watching.
* In ''Videogame/Castlevania64'', when you have to blow up a damaged wall as Carrie, after finally acquiring the necessary items, you set up the explosive and run. Cue an impressively large explosions, which cuts to... 12 year old Carrie goddamned Fernandez watching the explosion from around the corner with her hands at her back in a cutesy pose and generally behaving as if she was watching fireworks.
** When the resident merchant of the game, Renon (a not-very-subtle homage to Jean Reno), introduces himself as a demon salesman, he has this to say: "It is shameful for a demon to be working, but one needs gold even in Hell these days."

* If you put the original [=PS1=] disc of ''VideoGame/CastlevaniaSymphonyOfTheNight'' into a CD player, Alucard will explain that the disc contains computer data and shouldn't be played in a CD player. Then he'll add,"...but you probably won't listen to me, will you?" The disc then proceeds to [[BigLippedAlligatorMoment play a funky music track]].

* ''VideoGame/CastlevaniaOrderOfEcclesia'''s Brachyura and Gravedorcus. SHOOUUUURRRGGGGG. As a commenter put it, "[[EvilLaugh mwa haa haa haa]]. Top this shit, VideoGame/{{Persona 3}}."
* In ''VideoGame/CastlevaniaJudgment'', when Trevor defeats Sypha (his wife) in his story mode.
--> '''Trevor:''' I fought fair and won the day. [[HenpeckedHusband If only that held true in the household...]]
* Some of the ''VideoGame/CastlevaniaOrderOfEcclesia'' enemy descriptions can be hilarious.
-->'''Grave Digger:''' ''Enjoys his cursed vocation because he meets new people.''
-->'''Werebat:''' ''A half-human half-bat. How about that.''
-->'''Dullahan:''' ''This knight doesn't need a head to hand his enemies theirs.''
-->'''Stone Rose:''' ''Once an insectivore, this plant's tastes have broadened.''
-->'''Mad Butcher:''' ''A madman with a mechanized saw. Enjoys butchery and sculpting.''
-->'''Double Hammer:''' ''The only thing more dangerous than a giant hammer is two.''

* In ''VideoGame/CastlevaniaPortraitOfRuin'':
** There is a ''[[PieInTheFace cream pie]]'' subweapon. Which is already funny in and of itself, but here's the kicker: it has the Darkness elemental property, making it very useful when you fight the Whip's Memory, a projection of Richter Belmont, the last Belmont to wield the Vampire Killer whip. You can beat an extremely powerful vampire hunter by ''throwing pies at him!''
** Jonathan's BadassBoast after beating [[ThatOneBoss Death,]] "I don't need the Vampire Killer to kick your ass!"

* The ''[[VideoGame/CastlevaniaAriaOfSorrow Aria of Sorrow]]'':
** Excalibur, The Sword ''Still in the Stone''. Soma isn't TheChosenOne, but he is strong enough to pick up the whole thing, stone and all, and whack enemies with it anyway.
** In the Arena area of the castle, there is a room where you find [[BathingBeauty a Succubus and a Lilith together in a fountain]]. If you look closely at the scenery, [[FunnyBackgroundEvent they have a rubber ducky]].
** There's also the sheer audacity of Alucard making an alias for himself by using his own name spoken through a JapaneseRanguage filter.
