** Wheeler accidentally activates his ring by saying "fire" offhandedly and blasts the floor of the Geo-Cruiser with it. A small fire starts, and Gi is forced to rush to extinguish it with her ''own'' ring.

** Kwame and Ma-Ti are flying in the Geo-Cruiser trying to escape with the infected Wheeler, Linka, and Gi. Given that there is a ''[[KidsDrivingCars twelve-year-old]]'' [[KidsDrivingCars driving]] and ''three pissed off rat mutants'' in the back of the vehicle, the usually calm Kwame is understandably and hilariously terrified the entire flight.

** In the beginning of the episode, while the Planeteers are making camp, Linka is having trouble setting up her tent. Wheeler offers to help her out, but she refuses, saying she can handle it herself. A moment after Wheeler leaves, [[InstantlyProvenWrong the tent collapses right on top of Linka]].
** At the end of the episode, once Sludge and Blight get arrested, Sludge is non-plussed upon hearing that the sludge made at the sewage plant is good for the environment, commenting he feels small. Blight snarks that she could arrange that, prompting Sludge to angrily knock her over the railing and splashing into the sludge, causing the Planeteers to laugh at her.

The kids don't seem to get the idea, though, and instead pick up even ''more'' endangered animals, plus a rare plant found by Kwame. Wheeler is definitely not happy about all this.

* At the end of "Planeteers Under the Glass", Dr. Blight and MAL escape into the virtual world to get away from the heroes. Unknown to the two villains, Dr. Derek had altered their destination where she trapped them in a video game called "Pollution Eater". Dr. Blight and MAL run for their lives from some giant monstrous worm trying to eat them as the heroes watch in amusement.
