* The endless barrage of criticism that Bond blasts Tibbett with while they're undercover. Creator/RogerMoore playing an unpleasable UpperClassTwit BadBoss is delightful. It gets even better because Tibbet's response to all this is to simply demur "Yes sir, sorry sir" repeatedly, to the point where Bond barks "And stop being so ''damn'' obsequious!"

** It becomes even funnier when you realize that Bond and Tibbett had to take some time to sit around at MI6 recording all of this.

* When Stacey prepares to leave, Bond laments and says that now he will have to be alone at night. Stacey, who has already guessed what kind of man he is, replies sarcastically that she very much doubts that this will happen. May Day then says that someone will take care of Bond at night, and Bond asks if it will be her. May Day silently looks at him for a few seconds and leaves, leaving Bond smiling. And this interaction between Bond and May Day takes place while Stacey is still close to them, so he didn't even wait to stop flirting with one woman to flirt with another.

* On the submarine, Bond pulls a lever for Kimberley Jones to fall beside him on the bed. The two smile at each other while Bond says the trip back to England will take four days...

* Gogol presents Bond with a medal for his stopping Silicon Valley from being destroyed. When M offers surprise at that, Gogol dryly points out that Soviet computer technology is entirely dependent on what they can steal from American technology.

* May Day bedding Bond, not the other way around. DressHitsFloor followed by Bond's most subtle OhCrap moment. She's in complete charge and when they kiss you can almost read his mind - "The things I do for England..."

* The dazed look that Scarpine gives Zorin after he's told to go out onto the Golden Gate Bridge to face Bond just screams "Are you outta your fuckin' mind?!" This after Kamal telling Gobinda to do ''the exact same thing'' [[Film/{{Octopussy}} previous film]].

* After the tense final battle and the death of the villains, Bond and Stacey are finally free... upon the Golden Gate Bridge. Without having a clue how they will go down. Bond breaks the ice by saying "There's never a cab when you need one" and Stacey, even with all the feelings of fear she's been feeling for the past few hours, can't help but laugh.

* In a deleted scene that would be located after the May Day escape in Paris, Bond is released from prison by M. Before they leave, Bond must first collect his belongings, which are handed over to him by the deputy. Bond's belongings are Donald Grant's watch (Bond even mentions that the watch came "[[Film/FromRussiawithlove from Russia, with love]]"), a pen and a lighter. When the deputy lights the lighter, a huge flame appears to the point of burning his eyebrows and scaring M (Bond reacts as if that were normal). The furious deputy orders Bond and M to leave, but remembers asking Bond to sign a document. Bond signs the document with his pen, much to M's horror, and the two leave as quickly as possible. The reason for the rush is explained when the deputy looks at the signed document and realizes in shock that the ink in the pen (which is supposedly the acid pen Bond used in ''Octopussy'') is destroying the paper.
