* [=BotCon=] 2012 SG Optimus Prime's bio says after he was abandoned by his troops after being beaten to near-death in Sector 17 of the Mirtonian Quadrant, he dragged himself into a nearby CR chamber, and with the help of a local tech, he was upgraded into a new body with a sword made out of a mysterious "G-Metal". Optimus Prime returned to Polyhex and murdered many of those who had abandoned him. This may explain why several Autobots such as Grimlock, Arcee and Beachcomber are no longer present as of the take on ''The Transformers: The Movie''.

* Remain in Light getting rid of the Multiversal Singularity concept is because 1. Fun Publications was the only one using the concept and 2. As the ContinuitySnarl/{{Transformers}} page explains, the concept was getting increasingly wonky such as the Thirteen not existing in ''WesternAnimation/TransformersAnimated'' and Ask Vector Prime explaining that several versions such as [=G1=] Cartoon Unicron and Shattered Glass Alpha Trion not being part of their multiversal counterparts. Hasbro finally gave up after [=IDW'=]s first run established completely different versions of the Thirteen and the creation myth and had this story commissioned to get rid of multiversal singularities and save everyone the headache.
